Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and truly loyal to their guests. A special thank you to Anna — she is a wonderful person, very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated the service and would definitely love to come back again.

A great stay in Venice! Five star service at this hotel from check-in. Room was beautiful with lots of space. Great amenities. Didn't get to use the sauna or gym, but it was nice to have the option. Wide selection of items for breakfast. Close to the train station and many restaurants in the area. We were able to walk to many places from hotel. Great customer service. Very helpful at the front desk. Would definitely recommend.

Just completed a four day stay at Palazzo Nani. The building is old and very beautiful but restored and updated in a sensitive contemporary style. All aspects of hospitality were perfect. The staff are professional and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The room, 307, was lovely, beautifully appointed and lit with views over a quiet park. Many thanks for a very special stay. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Guglie vaparetto stop on the line from the airport.

This hotel is without fault ! Beautiful peaceful and chilled . We are staying here now and could not have wished for a better hotel ! The staff work really hard and are so pleasant and helpful , nothing is too much trouble . The rooms are fabulous lovely comfy beds and shower. Lovely views all round . Breakfast is absolutely lovely plenty of choice and delicious . This area around the hotel is peaceful and scenic and no bustle as in St Marco and St Marks etc. loads of lovely good places to eat and drink . We walked to St Marks Square etc it’s not to far and a beautiful way to see the city . We have had a fantastic time in Venice and will be back .

The hotel is situated in a great location. The water bus stop is right outside which was ideal. The interior of the hotel is fantastic. We stayed in a junior suite with canal view. The room was absolutely lovely, with everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing! Breakfast was very good with a very large range of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
