Very good location
Nice hotel, quite well located with a nice bar. Breakfast was not amazing, pretty standard. The personnel is not incredible, they seem doing the minimum except the barman.

Exceptional service!
Location was great, magnificent service, and very spacious rooms. A special thanks to the Russian Alexandra at the front desk, who helped us with dinner, reservations, activities in Venice, and any assistance we needed. As a visiting family from New York City with two small children, Alexandra enhanced our experience at the hotel.

Nice stay
I was at hotel for an extended weekend and the staff was great, the location good, we enjoyed the upgrade of the room and the breakfast was also good

Every guest is treated like a VIP
Our welcome and check in by Joelle was friendly,warm and informative. We had corresponded via email so it was lovely to put a face to a name. We were treated like VIPs. Checking was very relaxed We were offered a choice of drinks and a comfy sofa in reception whilst we were checked in. Our luggage was taken to our room and Joelle escorted us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Matia the concierge was friendly,knowledgeable and genuinely interested in conversing with us about our stay in Venice. The whole of the reception team were always on hand to answer our questions,make recommendations/reservations etc. All the team were proud of where they worked and that pride informed everything they did. The overall impression was a team that worked well together putting the guests front and centre providing exceptional customer service and a premium guest experience. As I said to them,the hotel is beautiful but without the right team it would be nothing.

Friendly, attentive, warm and professional staff. Very attentive and responsive to guests. The setting and decoration are magnificent. High-quality modern equipment. I recommend this establishment.
