Just got back from a wonderful stay at this iconic hotel. Everything was first class. Stunning location. Gorgeous cuisine. Do not miss ordering the Tiramisu !!! The best I have ever tasted. Incredibly attentive polite staff. I do not often leave reviews on Tripadvisor unless they are worth commenting on. A absolute pleasure to stay here.

We stayed at the Saint Regis in Venice for 5 nights in August 2025. First of all this hotel was nothing but exquisite, which is typical for the Saint Regis line but they spared no details on the room, interior hotel design, restaurants, even the toiletries. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was able to use a PointSavers package which allowed me to trade 365k points for 5 nights +taxes/fees (which was about $890) for the 5 nights. The stay included free buffet and ala carte breakfast everyday, which was elegant and divine. We also received a welcome gift upon arrival, a beautiful bottle of champagne and a birthday greeting for my husband in the room. Every day we had wonderful turn down service with our butler, and received other complimentary beverages and treats from the hotel staff. The hotel restaurant, Gio’s, was excellent. Typically we would try not to eat at the hotel but the first night we were so exhausted as we got in late. The 5stars this restaurant gets is well-deserved, it was by far the best pizza and entrees we had in Venice! We were also very lucky to get upgraded to a suite on the canall which provided priceless views of Venice. The hotel has an onsite Taxi and BLITZ service (similar to Uber Blade) which we used for transportation daily and was well worth the money! The hotel is conveniently located in the designer shopping section and minutes away from all the sights and museums. Another really nice feature of this hotel is they provided complimentary Blitz service to MURANO, the island of glass blowing with a wonderful tour (we purchased!). The butler also helped us arrange a private wine tour with a sprinter van at Bortolomiol, to taste exclusive champagne. The driver was excellent and brought us to try authentic cuisine afterwards - highly recommend this tour! Very different than the wine tours you would get in the states and the champagne is by far the best we ever had… bought a case! I can not rave enough about our stay here it was a once in a lifetime experience - if you’re going to go to Venice this should be at the top of your list! Well worth every point and/or penny.

Beautifully located in the Heart of Venice and overlooking the Canal Grande. Stunning views, loved the outside seating and breakfast options. Check-in process was however poorly managed and the room was only available after 4.30pm.

This hotel is special. We had a view of the Grand Canal from our spacious room. We stayed here for our first night in Italy, and it was perfect. The location was central and convenient. They also arranged a visit to Mirano for us.

This is a beautiful hotel. We were here 17 years ago, and the remodel is stunning. The location is great, service is excellent, and our room is gorgeous. We have a view of close buildings, not ideal, but not every room can have a great view of the canal. The only problem is the sound of running water coming from the wall that separates us from the next room. It is loud and has been noisy during the time we have been in our room. I called someone to check it out, thinking that someone left water running next door. I am on the top floor so I don’t think it’s a drain. Hard to tell, but it’s keeping me awake.
