The rooms are terrific, the beach/pool bar is great, the pool is nice and the beach is super. Breakfast was VERY GOOD (selection and quality) and the hotel is very nice! GREAT location, walking to dining and shops.

An amazing vacation resort! Lucky for us that it is less than an hour drive. We celebrate every anniversary here and don't plan to ever change that. Staff are simply the best and the resort is clean and wonderful!

I would not recommend this resort. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was disappointing. We were informed that our room was not ready at 2 PM and that we would be called when it was available. At 3 PM, when I checked back with staff, I overheard a side comment that we could check again in an hour. There was no effort to assist with the check-in process, even though we had booked one of their more expensive units. We were not notified that our room was ready until 4:30 PM. The shower drain was extremely slow, causing several inches of standing water. The dining experience was poor— the area was loud and echoey, making conversation difficult. Food was served too quickly, with little spacing between courses. Although they provided a voucher for a free appetizer or dessert, there were strict restrictions on what could be selected. The pool area was small and overcrowded. The spa was spread over two floors—check-in on the second floor and treatments on the third—which was inconvenient. They were not accommodating when it came to late check-out. Friends of ours staying at the resort found a dirty towel left in their room from a previous guest. Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage to the room. At check-out, the lobby was overcrowded with many guests checking out simultaneously, no luggage carts were available, and the process felt chaotic. Overall, this resort was subpar and not worth the money. Customer service was severely lacking throughout our stay.

Simply the best service. We stay here every time we are in the area. The food and accomodations are great and the location is central to downtown. A quaint and very walkable town. Seems like every room has a great view .
