Great days!
Loved everything❤️ Property is small and cozy. Lodge #16 has a very nice view. We were welcomed from very first step. Food was very good, drinks were nice. Game drives are amazing, bush dinner is also nice experience. The only thing I would change - in room spa. Overall it was nice, but having it in a room is not very cozy. We had a great time in Zimbabwe and I want to thank all staff for this. Thank you very much for a wonderful BD breakfast❤️

Great location and beautiful lodge resort.
Great location and beautiful hotel and lodges. Very nice people, particularly Brian and Richard stood out. Staff is generally very young and not all (very) experienced and still has one or two things to learn. Wasn’t a problem for us. Point of attention is internal communication. Sometimes the restaurant staff wasn’t up to speed with the arrangements made by guest relations as a result of which we were late for some tours.

Magnificent property and location
A beautiful hotel on a magnificently landscaped property with wonderful views of wildlife roaming close by. Excellent and very comfortable accommodations. Wonderful and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and service
Stayed here for three nights. Did the arranged tour of the falls which was really good. Also did one game drive, also good. Rooms are really nice with good views. Food is excellent as is the service - people are really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
