We had the most spectacular stay! Every single detail was exquisite from the welcome sign in our room, the spacious, clean and elegant accommodations, the fantastic meals that were clearly homemade and made with such thoughtfulness and care. Our son who has a nut allergy was taken care of Every step of the way. Upon our departure, we were given a farewell, dessert, and small gift in the room. Every single service staff member was kind, polite, and took care of our every need. Without a single reservation, I would recommend this private reserve to any traveler coming to Zimbabwe to see Victoria Falls. A particular shout out goes to our server, Surprise, who gave us such a beautiful time during our meals! I hope I can come back here one day! We have left with stunning memories!!!

This may be the loveliest hotel I have ever had the privilege of visiting. The decor was magnificent. The food was delicious and the "special" sunset cocktail that Brutus created for us - blueberry julep - was fantastic. Cedric was our guide for a walking tour of the Falls and he was very knowledgeable about the Falls as well as the birds and wildlife. From the hotel we saw giraffes, baboons, impala and a black rhino. It was spectacular.

From the minute you stepped into the hotel each and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From Japhet the housekeeper and his sweet messages to all the staff in the bar/restaurant, Brutus, Nathan, Alton, Surprise and Michelle. The gardeners and all the staff at Reception and also the lovely Adelina who did the spa treatments. It was interesting to talk to the staff about the local area and life in Victoria Falls. We loved hearing their stories. The hotel itself is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the natural environment. Our lodge was delightful, a huge bed with mosquito curtains and 2 sitting areas and a big balcony. It was amazing to be able to see so many animals from our balcony. It really was the trip of a lifetime, just wish we'd stayed a bit longer. The lovely ladies at Reception were very helpful in booking all our excursions and spa session. The food at the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional and there was a lot of it! I'm pescatarian but there were lots of options for me. The fact that the lodges were situated near the watering hole of the game reserve was brilliant. We managed to see giraffes, baboons, impalas and khutus. The landscape was truly amazing and so different from home. The beautiful views are something that we won't forget. You are surrounded by nature, it is a peaceful place where you can truly relax with the sounds of nature all around. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed at tthe Stanley & Livingstone Falls Hotel on our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it! The suites were gorgeous. The location amazing. The staff stellar, and the food at the beautiful dining room absolutely delicious. The hotel is located about 5 kilometers out of town, and right along the boundary of the Victoria Falls National Park, and you can sit on your balcony and enjoy watching kudu, impala, baboons, and occasionally other anmials stroll by below. (We saw both a giraffe and black rhino!) The staff went above and beyond. We'll definitely be back!
