Just perfect
To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro. For a large hotel to manage to feel small and personal throughout every interaction with staff is an impressive achievement. Initial welcomer, check-in, breakfast, reception desk - each and every one was superb. The Hotel was recently refurbished and I don't think I have ever stayed in a better equipped and designed room. The shower was magnificent, wardrobe/mirrors well planned, the bedside table even has a small lip to prevent items being accidentally knbocked on to the floor. The room, 403 for clarity, was also quiet with a view of the Ringstrasse. Breakfast was everything you could want, all brought to the table and mostly freshly prepared. Honestly the best hotel breakfast experience that I have ever had. I wanted to visit a Heurige in the suburbs, I have limited German so the reception staff dealt with this perfectly. The Hotel is sited next to Tram stops and U- Bahn making moving around the city very straighforward. If we return to Vienna this will be our first reservation.

Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff
The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using transit, and the CAT train running from the airport to the subway is fast and inexpensive. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of easy destinations for walking or transit. The staff at the hotel are so helpful and knowledgeable, they are remarkably excellent. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable well laid out, and very quiet. I hope to return next year.

A superb hotel, perfectly located
This is a superb hotel, and perfectly located. The staff were responsive and helpful and addressed a small concern we had immediately (our rooms were on different floors). Everything about this hotel is great.
