A superb hotel, perfectly located
This is a superb hotel, and perfectly located. The staff were responsive and helpful and addressed a small concern we had immediately (our rooms were on different floors). Everything about this hotel is great.

Fabulous
Fantastic property in a great location. First time staying in a R&C property and expectations were surpassed. Modern decor with great amenities and glasswing had excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend!
We had a lovely visit in Vienna, staying at this beautiful hotel. It was central to all the places that we wanted to see. Staff was very pleasant. While we did not use many of the facilities in the hotel because we were sightseeing most of the time, the thing that caught me off guard was the presence of a Nespresso coffee make and kettle, but no coffee or tea! When I caught the housekeeping in the hall, I asked for some coffee, only to have the extra pods gone after they turned the bed down. Just to have a bigger sized coffee in the morning while getting ready would have been ideal. Other than that, we certainly would book there again!

Perfect place to stay in Vienna
The young staff were friendly, helpful and energetic. Location is outstanding. Food at the restaurants was excellent - fine dining at Glasswing.
