Birthday getaway in Vienna
Simply one of the best experiences we could have had - beautiful property, exceptional staff and concierge, delightful and delicious breakfast at Glasswing restaurant and fabulous drinks at bistro bar . The location is perfect - walkable to the interstadt, shopping , dining, and around the corner from both the Opera house and the Mozart concert hall. Our 4 night stay was made even more special by the way the staff celebrated my husbands birthday - with prosecco , cake and a song at breakfast and then champagne and delicious treat in the room later that evening. In fact everyone we met wished him a happy birthday without prompting then which to me is the sign of a caring and exceptionally well trained staff. Relais and Chateaux properties are some of the best in the world and Amauris deserves recognition to be counted among them. As a boutique property that is family owned the experience you get here is charming and uniquely Viennese. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Bravo!

The absolute best!
The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. We were greeted by the kindest, most knowledgeable staff, who made us feel completely at home during our stay. The room was gorgeous and immaculate. We loved the pillow menu, and there was nothing like coming back to the room each evening to a freshly brewed pot of tea. We can't wait to return!

Everything at this hotel is amazing: location, staff, food, rooms, atmosphere, cleanliness, service, smell, preserved architecture etc... Highly recommended, one of the best hotels I stayed in.

Excellent hotel! The staff were always helpful with every question I had. Great location, walked everywhere. The UBahn station is a few steps away. Highly recommend this hotel
