Excellent stay in the heart of Vienna
The Amauris Vienna is exceptional property located on the Karntner Ring in Vienna. After booking Grand Deluxe Room I was immediately upgraded to a corner suite 207 which is spacious and well decorated with plenty of room. Except the rooms I think the main advantage of the Amauris is unpecable service - friendly yet very efficient with attention to detail and personal touch. Generally the hotel is highly recommended.

Fabulous stay at the Amauris !
Fabulous stay at the Amauris while visiting Vienna for a long week-end. Excellent location by the City center. Very nice rooms and facilities and great service.

Just perfect
To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro. For a large hotel to manage to feel small and personal throughout every interaction with staff is an impressive achievement. Initial welcomer, check-in, breakfast, reception desk - each and every one was superb. The Hotel was recently refurbished and I don't think I have ever stayed in a better equipped and designed room. The shower was magnificent, wardrobe/mirrors well planned, the bedside table even has a small lip to prevent items being accidentally knbocked on to the floor. The room, 403 for clarity, was also quiet with a view of the Ringstrasse. Breakfast was everything you could want, all brought to the table and mostly freshly prepared. Honestly the best hotel breakfast experience that I have ever had. I wanted to visit a Heurige in the suburbs, I have limited German so the reception staff dealt with this perfectly. The Hotel is sited next to Tram stops and U- Bahn making moving around the city very straighforward. If we return to Vienna this will be our first reservation.
