Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna

Amazing place! I was looking for a surprise for my wife for her birthday. And I’m so happy I’ve chosen that hotel. Pure perfection in every aspect. We had eaten an amazing dinner at EDVARD and in my opinion as someone whom hobby is michelin stars restaurant I can easily say that, that restaurant definitely deserves a second Michelin star. Food so flavorful, so beautifully detail and decorated just pure perfection!!! Breakfast asortyment was huge and the food was amazing. I can not skip my comment about the staf because they made my stay so special. A huge shout out to Micaiah (sorry if I made any mistake in name spalling). He helped us through out our stay so much. At the first day he made an exception for my family and let my child to the spa (obviously there wasn’t any other family at the spa at that exact moment and I understand that if someone was there we wouldn’t have been able to go there) but still it made my day. He also helped us to find some other hotels from Anantara group to visit in the future. The room was really clean. Everything was just perfect! If you’re looking for a real five star hotel in Vienna you should book that Anantara Palais Hanses Vienna hotel right now!!!

Stayed at the Anantara Palais hotel on our first trip to Vienna. The hotel entrance and ground floor is really lovely. Our room was very nice with a view of the buildings on the side street, we also had two small terraces. The location of the hotel was excellent, centrally located with some of the sites walkable. Also easy access for a taxi or Uber. Staff was very nice. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Our stay was extraordinary. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well decorated. Loved the Art Deco style. Breakfast is delicious, service is impeccable, spa and overall cleanliness are top notch. There is so much attention to detail at Palais Hansen and we really felt welcome. Would love to return.

This was our first time at Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel and we loved the location, our suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet and close to city center. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and the hotel staff made us feel very special with a bottle of Champayne and delicious treats in our room. We definitely would recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again if and when our travels take us back to Vienna.
