Hilton Vienna Plaza

From check-in with the most delightful young man, Gard, to check-out, our stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, spotless, warm, well appointed and the beds so comfortable. The bathroom had both a bath & separate shower with 2 sinks. Beautiful. The location is also wonderful, with a very short walk to attractions. Taxis are found at the rank bang outside if you need them which is helpful. The bar (Denis was great too) has gorgeous food and even better cake and cocktails. The cocktail "Fall in Love" is delicious (Prosecco & Cognac) but be careful, it's absolutely lethal. Thank you to the team for a perfect stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Amazing. Thanks for beautiful Christmas decorations too.

Lovely hotel in a good location. With a short 10 minute walk to the local Christmas market. Rooms clean and functional. We booked an executive room which included lounge access, which we found very good indeed. Lovely breakfast included, along with soft drinks, tea coffee etc and savouries all day. Happy hour included soup and a selection of salads and sandwiches, along with alcoholic drinks. Staff have been most helpful and would like to say a special thank you to Gard in the lounge and Kris at the concierge desk. Who were always helpful and had time to stop for a chat. Would definately recommend the hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Vienna Plaza from late October to early November. Very nice hotel located close to Vienna Landmarks to include Saint Stephen's that is around a 30 minute walk through other sights to see on the way. Saint Stephen's is located in the shopping area of Vienna that is a walking area with a wide variety of stores and nearly restaurants. The Vienna Plaza Hilton is comfortable and cozy. The executive lounge has a nice variety of appetizers in the evening and breakfast buffet and there is also a breakfast buffet in the restaurant Emile downstairs that is excellent and includes eggs Benedict among the choices. Service of staff was very good and welcoming. Aninna in the executive lounge was a friendly and helpful person that we thought represents the hotel in a positive and professional manner. Cristina at the breakfast buffet at Emile was friendly and efficient. The Hilton Vienna Plaza provided a very good location and surrounding to base our vacation to Vienna.

The hotel was of a very high standard and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, Diamond members should be aware that this property does not provide complimentary suite upgrades, even when suites are available(I know that they don't have to) I came here after staying in Budapest, where I had no issue receiving a suite upgrade — one of the reasons I value my Diamond membership and usually choose Hilton hotels. It’s really just a matter of willingness, and although we had a pleasant stay, I’m not sure I’ll choose this property again on my next visit to Vienna.

My experience at the Hilton Plaza Hotel was absolutely superb from start to finish. We stayed for three nights. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. A special mention to the concierge, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and to the housekeeping staff, who kept everything spotless throughout my stay. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful corner room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had great views. The hotel’s location near the city centre made it very convenient for exploring and getting around. Overall, a wonderful experience—I was thoroughly impressed by the service and attention to detail. I will surely recommend Hilton Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting the city!
