Hilton Vienna Plaza

My experience at the Hilton Plaza Hotel was absolutely superb from start to finish. We stayed for three nights. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. A special mention to the concierge, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and to the housekeeping staff, who kept everything spotless throughout my stay. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful corner room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had great views. The hotel’s location near the city centre made it very convenient for exploring and getting around. Overall, a wonderful experience—I was thoroughly impressed by the service and attention to detail. I will surely recommend Hilton Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting the city!

We spend two nights at the Hilton Plaza in Vienna. The stay was marvelous and we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and luckily we had access to the executive lounge area with its very friendly staff. Especially the two girls Angela and Annina were highly professional and very caring. This stay is remembered as one of the best in Vienna so far and we highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Stayed for 3 nights came by car from the UK excellent staff at reception checked in early stayed in King room with lounge access worth extra money. Longe snacks & drinks are good along with the staff. Garage is secure under the Hotel expensive to park but there is no option . Rooms are spacious clean & comfortable and breakfast has a varied selection. Overall I would recommend and would stay again

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Check in was straight forward. Breakfast amazing each day. Christina was outstanding. The young male clearing plates was always polite and friendly. Lovely room on 10th floor with access to a very relaxing executive room. Room service good although we were left without coffees one morning but it was not a major issue. Ate lunch one day in restaurant. Good choice and quality and good service.

The location was nice, walking distance to most places. There are hit and miss in my room during this stay. The baby bed was unnecessary left in your room when I first arrived. There was missing shower wash in my room. I will probably won’t return again. I personally reached out to the management. I didn’t feel being really valued by them.
