The hotel is located in the center of commercial Vienna, overlooking the historic Ringstrasse and decorated with more than 1000 original art works. Close to some of Vienna’s biggest attractions, this Vienna hotel is the perfect base for exploring the Austrian capital. Marvel at the grandeur of Hofburg Palace, or contemplate the collection of art at the Kunsthistorisches Museum.

Hilton Vienna plaza is a nice place to stay but you’ll be disappointed if you’re expecting good or decent service from the staff. There’s no one at the door all day, anyone can enter the hotel at any hour. Security is a big question . No member of the staff is seen throughout the hotel except the always so busy check in counters . I agree Hilton concept is express check in , check out but that’s not fair to the price they are charging. Moreover you’re given 2 bottles of water on check in day , no matter how many days you’re staying for . That’s not fair when they’re charging 300 euros a night. But TBH, we had the corner room which was nice, big and spacious . Stay was comfortable but service from the staff was beyond poor.

A great hotel with a small boutique feel the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable with directions and recommendations. Our room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom and great shower. We would definitely recommend staying there

Very comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. I had a nice big room. Only negative was the too soft pillows (I have same compliant in most hotels). Good location. Breakfast was nice.

We stayed for two nights, on August 18th and 19th, at the Hilton Plaza during our brief visit to Vienna. The Hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the city; the center is just a 15-minute walk away, and the U2 subway station is right next door. The rooms are spacious, simply yet functionally furnished, and have a very large bathroom. The only drawback is the lack of a Smart TV; these days, one would expect to find one in a Hotel like this, rather than the standard satellite TV. The staff is courteous and very attentive, and the Hotel bar is very well stocked. Breakfast is simply superb!

Very good hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Good location, but they were working on the trams and everything was messed up. Lounge was ok. Large room. I would probably choose the Vienna Park if I was there again.
