Hilton Vienna Plaza

We stayed at the Hilton Vienna Plaza for a week and had a great experience. The location is excellent, right on the historic Ringstraße, within walking distance of the city center, public transport, and key attractions like the University of Vienna. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern and good soundproofing. We especially enjoyed the Executive Lounge, where breakfast was relaxed, high quality. Service throughout the hotel was attentive and professional. Overall, it’s a stylish, well-run hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for sightseeing.

Amazing hotel. Best service. Especially Venessa, Denis and Lauren. Amazing staff. Really high end service. The facilities are a bit lacking- would appreciate indoor pool but the sauna is great. Rooms extremely comfortable and nice. Will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for one night while I had a lay over and I will say as a Hilton Member who’s stayed all over the world this is easily one of my top locations I have been at, starting with the amazing front desk service from Carlos who took time to give me suggestions on food and bars in the area and went above and beyond for me to make sure I find what I need , after the recommended dinner which was delicious I had to pleasure of meeting the Bartender and Barback Matthias and Mika who’s energy changed my whole night . Those two are some of the best bar workers I have met , cocktails were more than on point and they talked with me the whole time and joked around a lot which made my solo travel more bareable, even though I was only here for one night for a lay over if I ever come to Vienna I am staying at this Hotel again , they will always have my business!

We just came back from Vienna after spending 4 nights here. My wife and I LOVED this beautiful hotel which was very reasonably priced at about $340 a night. It is located in walking distance of the University of Vienna and the Freud Museum,. The Ubahn (metro) stop, Schottentor, is on the side street next to the hotel. The tram stop (D) line in in front of the hotel to the left. You can get to the center of the city Stephanplatz, in about 15 minutes. The room was not huge but more than adequate with a very modern bathroom, mini fridge, safe, and comfortable bed. We had several dinners at Emile's, the restaurant off the lobby, which was very good, reasonably priced, and had great desserts. The servers were very welcoming. The buffet breakfast seems overpriced but you can order a la cart which is very reasonable. We did find a nice cafe called Menza on the back street of the hotel. There is also a grocery store, Billa, on the side street. What makes this hotel so good is the fantastic staff! The gentleman who helped us so much was Mr. Reddy. He was so helpful in telling us how to use the Ubahn and recommending a 24 hour pass and in recommending a real good restaurant in the area called Servus.Thank you Mr. Reddy! All in all, this hotel made our stay very memorable!!
