Hilton Vienna Plaza

Very noisy room with the tram passing continuously close by and the windows not correctly isolated . Also the light insulation is insufficient, with the sun entering your room at 5 in the morning in spite of the tick curtains. It’s a pity as the hotel is beautiful and in good location to visit the city center, but the sleep quality is poor.

Horrible customer service. Rooms are very tiny and this place is very expensive! Not recommended as staff is condescending.

The staff at the Hilton were outstanding. Specifically Khristopher, Natalie, and Thibo at the front desk, Jacqueline, Angela, Imuse in housekeeping, and Judy in the restaurant. Those in the club or were also excellent, although I didn’t catch their names. There was a mishap where I was without water or a half an hour, so I had to delay my shower, and thus my morning plans. When I mentioned this to the maintenance workers, they apologized and later I received a lovely fruit and dessert tray in my room. thus my morning plans. These folks really know how to go above and beyond!

4 nights in a Penthouse Exec Room. Hilton at it's best. Spotlessly clean room. All the comforts and a wonderful balcony. The Executive Lounge was a great bonus and far better than expected. Very comfortable with a variety of drinks and snacks. Breakfast very calm. Well worth the added expense. In-Room dining exemplary. Schnitzel was superb from the Emile Restaurant. Great service but sadly I couldn't get the ordering app to recognise my reservation. Short walk to all the sights and sounds so a great location. Actually preferable than over by Stadtpark (quieter). Close to the Freud Museum which I found quite an inspirational tour. Felt very welcome and really appreciated the care and consideration of all staff. Hope to return soon. Highly recommended. This room was booked through AmEx The Hotel Collection: Everyone in my family loved our stay at the Hilton Vienna Plaza. The entire property is spotlessly clean. The room (Penthouse Family Suite) was large, comfortable and quiet at night. The balcony, which wrapped around the corner of the building, was a great place to relax and have a drink (even when it was a little chilly outside). The staff is five star excellent. Our room took some time to get ready beyond check-in time, but the staff was great at communicating the progress of its preparation. We were able to leave our bags in a safe place and swing by one of our favorite sausage stands down the block. We had Lounge access and I highly recommend it. There is a restaurant that offers breakfast, but the Lounge provides some basic breakfast items, soft drinks and light snacks throughout the day, with a happy hour later in the day with alcohol. We found the Lounge breakfast to be the best way to start our day. It provided just enough food to start the day (no filter coffee, but an espresso machine that was enough to make an Americano on). Location is great for accessing any part of the city with streetcar stops right outside the hotel and u-bahn stops nearby as well. Vienna is one of the most fantastic cities in the world and everything about the Hilton Vienna Plaza helps enjoy this city for what it is. We will be back to Vienna and we will stay here again.
