Not to be missed!
One of the most beautiful hotels we got to stay in during our trip to Europe in August! The location, the old world charm, the people.. everything is just perfect! We stayed in Elizabeth suite where the bath was bigger than a room in many hotel! What a beauty it was! On top of all, their cake tasting is an experience which surpasses all… there was a young gentleman (apologies for forgetting his name!) who took us through the ceremony.. it was a delight! Wish we had stayed longer here! May be next time!

Horrible check in, tired rooms.
Absolutely HORRIBLE check in experience in the hotel. Booked 4 rooms for my family (my wife and I, children 13,15 and our parents approx 75 y/o). Upon the check in i was told that it can not proceed because apparently the room rate is not available. My entire family was held hostage on spot and we were presented with a choice - rebook at standard rate or LEAVE. Especially rude was an employee on the shift who conducted an on job training for new employees (Aug 25, 2026, 2:30pm). Shift manager (Atilla) was polite, but did absolutely nothing. If you are looking for a customer-first attitude, 5 star service, renovated rooms, STAY AWAY from this hotel. There are far better options in Vienna. The ones which will not trick you into booking lower fares and then threaten you at the check in front of your children and senior parents. Legal steps will follow.
