Hotel Sacher Vienna

I recently spent a week at this fabulous hotel and every element was perfect. My life dream had been to visit Vienna with this idea of perfection in my head, and chose to stay at this hotel to make my dream come true and wow was it special! I had a view of the Albertina and the room was just gorgeous! Perfection is the best word I have to describe this hotel, from the decor, the location, the service. Everything was amazing, so thank you so much for making my dream come true. I loved it so much I will visit again, with my mother, as I know she will love Vienna and this wonderful hotel. Danke.

First time staying at Sacher Vienna. No regrets - great location, great facilities/rooms, great staff and service. Very clean and good attention to details. Highly recommended.

Located in the 1st district or Innere Stadt of Vienna, The Hotel Sacher was the perfect spot to call home. As it's location is in the historic, cultural, and geographical heart of of Vienna, most sites are just a quick walk. This historic gem of a hotel has been lovingly cared for and brought into modern times all while maintaining the charm of the past. Our junior suite was located on the 7th floor, was well appointed & had amazing views of Vienna. I do wish the TV was on an arm so you could view from the bed. It would also be nice if the room featured a Bluetooth speaker. Many thanks to Konstantin of the concierge team for all of his assistance both in advance & during our stay. He was tremendously helpful & friendly & helped us organize activities to make our visit really memorable. I wish more of the hotel staff took the same care in guest satisfaction & anticipating needs.

Do you like being lied to? Go , visit Sacher Hotel! They are good in it and , for no additional cost, they will laugh in your face , when confronted about it. Deal of the lifetime! I’ve rented two suites. Suite, according to the hotel website, is a room with separate living room and bedroom. For me for business purposes it was important. So… it was not separated. Just one, not very impressive room for outrageous price. I went down to reception and asked about it - the guy in the reception told me with broad smile, that that’s what they have and that’s it. More fun was underway. For the breakfast we were told to go to part of the restaurant open to public , long way to the buffet and not comfortable. The waiting time to get the breakfast was very long. Breakfast buffet was frequently incomplete, ordered warm dishes appeared after long waiting. Check-in slow and delayed. The location of the hotel is very good, but there are so many other hotels around…
