Park Hyatt Vienna is pure luxury and you deserve it!
Beautiful hotel, amazing customer service, central location in Old Historic Vienna. We are not shoppers, but if you like shopping, you’re in for a treat! You’re surrounded by tons of nice stores. We walked everywhere! Lots to see and do in Vienna from museums to food stands to farmers’ market to bars and nightclubs. The concierge gave us wonderful recommendations. Our room was spotless and cleaned twice a day. We never had to ask for anything. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and we appreciate them so much! The breakfast buffet at Park Hyatt Vienna lives up to all the hype! It was absolutely divine. There were so many different options and the presentation was just opulent. The servers were attentive and professional as well. Our last morning there, we opted for room service and it was fantastic. Nothing like eating truffle scrambled eggs and avocado toast with poached eggs along with a piping hot macchiato! Just decadent. Staying at this hotel was not cheap, it was a total treat for us because it was our anniversary, but we deserve the royal treatment and l we enjoyed every bit of it! Special recognition goes to Granite at the front desk who helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room. He was so friendly, approachable, and so, so, so funny! Also Jonas who worked so hard at the front desk. Every time we walked by, he was working! Every time! He told us he was looking forward to some time off to relax … 9 days he mentioned. He deserves it! Joseph also took care of our luggage and our taxi to the airport. He was professional and courteous, too. Overall, this was an amazing trip for us. Park Hyatt is pure luxury and you deserve to treat yourself!

Park Hyatt location is amazing . Walkable every where, the hotel has an amazing spa that we used to relax after our walks. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
