What a special stay at Park Hyatt Vienna Jan 2026. The team is exceptional and exceeded our expectations!
We stayed at the Park Hyatt Vienna early Jan 2026. As a Hyatt globalist- I was upgraded for both my rooms to the next level of room. Both were superb ! Yazan at the front desk was exceptional! When we asked about what there was to do at the hotel- He gave us a tour of the hotel and went through its history as the national bank. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner , and even arranged a wonderful wine and chocolate treat in our room for our anniversary. Anya from the front desk arranged some dessert and drinks for our anniversary at the Bar. Little touches- but that’s what made it so very special. Kudos to the entire team!

The Park Hyatt Vienna is one of our favorites!! Great location, phenomenal restaurant and unbeatable staff. They are professional, friendly and attentive. We continue to come back and stay here.

Absolutely Gorgeous Hotel and Wonderful Staff!
We had the perfect stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is centrally located and near the Spanish Riding School which we were visiting. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was beautiful and very high tech. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless. I would like to recognize the following employees for their excellent service: Ana at the front desk; Joseph the doorman for his helpfulness and big smile; Gallina the housekeeper, Alan the bartender for his off the charts cocktail making skills; Christophe the bar manager for his friendliness; and Stefano the concierge for setting up our free afternoon with tickets to the Belvedere to see works by Gustav Klimt. This was our first visit to Vienna and a milestone birthday for me. The hotel honored my birthday with champagne and chocolate cake upon arrival, a delightful surprise after our long journey from California. Thank you so much for making our stay incredibly special.

What's not to like!
This was my 3d! stay in this magnificent hotel, the best property we stayed at during our trip. The staff is exceptional. Their response to any request was immediate and very helpful. Karim was so professional and so fun at the same time! He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service .I love the pool and spa area. This visit we enjoyed pastries at the café several times, amazing. Hope to stay in this amazing hotel when next time in Vienna.
