Park Hyatt Vienna

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for two nights on our second trip to Vienna as part of our multi city vacation and its was simply terrific. 5 star hotel in every respect but what stood out was the professionalism of the staff who simply did everything in their power to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Seamless check in, continued support like housekeeping/room service/concierge, and the team at the restaurant/bar all excelled. The property is in a great location near all major sight seeing ops, great dining, and the major shopping district. The gym was great and the pool was located inside the old bank vault, just very innovative in every sense. That innovation was present in the room as well which utilized state of the art tech to simplify our stay (takes getting used to but cheat sheet in room helped) which included streaming direct to your tv from your phone when it was time to relax a bit. Transportation to and from main train station was great as it was easy to get a cab. It is rare that you can say there were no issues and there simply were none and I highly recommend the Park Hyatt for short or long term stays.

This hotel deserves all the hype and more. We are discerning travelers; we have little time off and when we do, we want to go somewhere where we can literally rest and not have to think at all. Enter Park Hyatt Vienna - where the staff was kind and accommodating and literally anticipated our every need. Breakfast was spectacular. Everybody was highly professional, but still warm and welcoming. I loved the historic building and the location was perfect. Although it was centrally located, it was still quiet and felt very private. Modernizing a historic building is certainly no small feat, but they managed to do so anyways. We felt sorry to leave and agreed with each other that this hotel will be repeat experience in the next year or two for sure. Highly recommend - don't miss staying here!

Historic building, great location, great hospitality. A must stay when in Vienna. Concierge was extremely knowledge and came thru with couple of reservation. Huge Ceiling in the rooms. We had a great stay

Really great hotel. Olay, the concierge, is extremely helpful, welcoming, and full of information. The location is legit, and our room was right above the Prada store, with a view of Dior. If you like to shop, this is most certainly the right place; everything is just steps away.

Lovely hotel in city center. We had a jr king suite, I think it was bigger than our 1st apartment 😆. Comfy bed, nice fluffy towels. Large walk-in closet. Attentive staff. Solid breakfast buffet.
