Excellent hotel experience. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Great location in the heart of Old Town and a Christmas Market right outside the front door. Expect to pay a premium price for the luxury.

Disappointing Experience at Park Hyatt Vienna Our stay at Park Hyatt Vienna was unfortunately very disappointing. After settling into our first room, we were told the next day that we had to change rooms due to an issue we never experienced. When the staff helped move our belongings, they handled everything carelessly and piled our items on top of each other. A few days later, housekeeping took a bag of my clothes without permission and sent it to laundry, even though it wasn’t meant to be washed. They apologized and said they wouldn’t charge us, but the clothes were already washed and couldn’t be returned until the next day. The worst part came at checkout. The hotel tried to charge us €50 for moving our luggage — even though the room change was their decision. Then they added an unexpected €200 charge despite previously apologizing for their mistakes. Overall, the service and professionalism were far below what you would expect from a luxury hotel.

The location was truly exceptional—situated at the very center of the city’s vibrant tourist area, with charming shops and the Christmas market just steps away. I was graciously upgraded to a beautifully suite, elegant and perfect for unwinding during our jet lag.

The Park Hyatt is beyond nice. The breakfast is to die for. Being centrally located in the main area of town is such a plus. Loved the Christmas Markets located all around our hotel. Access to the Spa is such a plus. Really enjoyed the pool and the sauna areas. A great way to end our trip to Europe.
