Really gives the Park Hyatt experiance you expect and then some. Right in the heart of central Vienna a former bank transformed into a luxory hotel with the historical theme of the building surviving. The rooms are immaculate as well as everything else. The staff is amazing and attentive but not overly so. Very happy we were able to stay there during our time in Vienna.

We returned to Park Hyatt Vienna after a previous stay a few years ago, and the improvement was remarkable—this time, it truly delivered a 5-star experience for our 3-night stay. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, with quick and efficient responses throughout. The in-room breakfast was a highlight and a perfect way to start the day. The spa remains one of the best in Vienna, with the iconic “golden” pool offering a unique and memorable setting. It’s a hotel you can genuinely enjoy even without leaving the property. Service was consistently excellent. The concierge secured a last-minute table at Figlmüller Bäckerstraße and handled schedule changes effortlessly. A late checkout was also kindly arranged, which made a big difference. We would return without hesitation.

Top notch hotel that was formally a bank. Great location and can walk out the front door and just steps to the main shopping streets. The dining area and open kitchens are stunning and the breakfast spread is absolutely lavish with many choices and with the ability to also order off the menu. Nice spa area with steam, sauna, and indoor swimming pool. The staff is friendly, well trained, and eager to please. Highly recommend.

My son had stayed here and he loved it so we decided to stay here. It was everything we imagined. The minute you walk into the lobby you're mesmerized. This hotel is so eloquent-it used to be a bank building and the restaurant was where the tellers were so the architecture is exquisite. Great location, beautiful lobby, the restaurant is the most beautiful room/bar I've ever seen. We had globalist upgrade to the park suite which was lovely. Separate bedroom, huge walk in closet and huge bathroom. Hotel was in the fancy area by all the designer stores and walkable to everything-St. Stephen's Cathedral, Albert Museum, Opera House. the park, restaurants, shopping etc. Eat or have a drink on the terrace at Brasserie Palmenhaus on the park next to Sisi's palace. The employees were lovely-front desk, concierge, valet, waiters etc. The concierge found me a ticket to the opera which was sold out and made dinner reservation for after the opera. Sadly we didn't make it to the exhibit at the Albert or Schonnonbrun Palace but we'll be back.
