100% worth the luxury price!
The epitome of luxury and great customer service. Highly recommend if you can afford the splurge. Huge rooms, elegant pool/spa area and the onsite restaurant is delicious.

Nice location but in an old bank building-
The hotel is in a Central location in an old bank. When walking in you do feel that you have entered a bank. Very weird. They have made little changes to entrance. The room we stayed in felt like we were occupying someone's office. Although excellent renovations but there is this off feeling that you are sleeping in an old bank office. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I did not find the front desk staff nor the concierge particularly helpful. We asked for a restaurant reservation but was never done. To the management; it would be nice to at least put up some old old photos of the bank and how it looked like in the past in the hallways....

Vienna dream!
This hotel is absolute perfect. From the food to the room to the service it was all excellent. The pool was relaxing after a day out and about. Location cannot be beat. It is near everything you would want.
