A very nice luxury hotel. Located in the perfect place, in the commercial center of Vienna, but somehow quiet. A very nice breakfast, good offer for aperitive and cocktail drinks with a nice terrace and a cosy lounge. Dinner restaurant with gourmet food and good service. A premium room is recommended.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna was incredible! The staff was super welcoming from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Martin and Jonas from Concierge for their awesome tips that helped us explore Vienna. And Wouter at the Front Office was fantastic, super attentive and quick to help us with a couple of things. The breakfast was amazing, the housekeeping team kept our room spotless, and even the doormen greeted us by name. The service here is next-level. Whether you stay at this hotel or not, do try the Kaiserschmarrn at their restaurant. Out of this world!

I’m currently staying at the Park Hyatt Vienna, which is housed in a stunning heritage-listed building, but beyond the architecture, my experience here has been profoundly underwhelming. This is the third Park Hyatt I’ve stayed at in the past six weeks, and it is by far the weakest of the three—shockingly so, given the brand standards I would normally expect. Service across the property is disinterested, unresponsive, and inattentive to a degree that makes it feel nothing like a Park Hyatt. At breakfast, for example, when plates and cutlery were cleared, they were never replaced. Over the course of an hour-long breakfast, I had to get up four or five times to steal knives, forks, and spoons from neighboring tables—while staff stood idly by watching. It left me wondering what role they thought they were there to perform, because serving their guests clearly wasn’t it. At the front desk, things were no better. A mysterious charge appeared on my credit card that made no sense, and when I approached reception about it, the staff’s response was a verbal “we’ll look into it” accompanied by body language that suggested amusement and dismissal. For a property operating under the Park Hyatt name, this level of casual disdain in handling a billing complaint is astonishing. The physical shell of the hotel is gorgeous, but that’s where the positives end. The service and staff culture here feels much closer to a two-star Marriott or Hilton than a Park Hyatt. If it weren’t for the branding, I would never have guessed I was at a Hyatt flagship property. As a World of Hyatt Globalist who spends 60–80 nights a year in Hyatt properties worldwide, I expect and usually receive service that sets Park Hyatt apart in the luxury segment. This property simply isn’t in the same league. It trades entirely on its building rather than genuine hospitality, and I cannot recommend it. I’m looking forward to leaving, and will not be returning.

The Park Hyatt was wonderful! When my family got in at 7 a.m., our room was already ready for us! Everything ran effortlessly — the kind of service where things just happen before you even think to ask. It felt like staying in the best house in Vienna, only better, because they thought of everything.

An outstanding stay in the heart of Vienna! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast offers an impressive variety of options, catering to every taste. The service is top-notch, and the overall atmosphere feels truly luxurious. A perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Vienna in style.
