This is, without a doubt, one of the finest Hyatt properties on the planet. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant rooms, beautiful architecture, and a perfect location for exploring Vienna. The pool and sauna facilities are absolutely perfect - peaceful, luxurious, and the ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Alessandro from Room Service was simply outstanding. It became almost funny because every time he brought us something, we’d remember one more thing we needed and send him on another trip. Not once did he hesitate - he handled every request with a genuine smile and incredible warmth. That is exceptional service. Nadeem, the bellman, was equally wonderful. He helped us load all of our luggage as we checked out for the airport. A special thank you to Cheynne, who welcomed us with such a warm smile during check-in. She even personally showed us to our room and gave us a thoughtful tour, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The restaurant team was equally phenomenal. Roman, Jann, and Leila all delivered outstanding service throughout our stay. Leila went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the restaurant, lounge, and bar, making us appreciate the beautiful facilities even more. It’s rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness of the entire staff are second to none. We travel frequently and stay at many luxury hotels around the world, but Park Hyatt Vienna has set a new benchmark. We cannot recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return.

I believe this is the best hotel in Vienna, centrally located the room was immaculate and beatifully decorated , the breakfast was beyond excellent. Highly recommended !! it's a must if you visit Vienna.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk concierge provided exceptional service throughout our visit. They were always friendly and helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever needed and even printing our tickets for the Musikverein (Golden Hall) concert, which we really appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the breakfast staff provided attentive and professional service every morning. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The Park Hyatt Vienna was the highlight of our trip. The location was incredibly convenient for the best on-foot exploration of the old town. The rooms were elevated, spacious, and as we went during a heat-wave thankfully well equipped with AC! The pool, spa, and gym facilities were top-notch and were enjoyed daily during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was easily one of the best we've had while traveling. If we ever come back to Vienna, we wouldn't think for staying anywhere else.
