The Park Hyatt Vienna was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and our suite was beautiful, with some of the highest ceilings I have ever seen. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the extraordinary service. From the bellmen and front desk to the restaurant, spa, and housekeeping teams, every person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We were traveling with my elderly father, and the staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. That meant a great deal to our family. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We loved every moment and would return without hesitation.

Perfect location at the foot of museums and shopping. Excellent spa and restaurant. Top notch service. Would not hesitate to recommend for business or pleasure.

We've stayed at many Park Hyatt hotels around the world, and while every one has been exceptional, **Park Hyatt Vienna truly stood out for having the best service we've ever experienced.** From the moment we arrived until the day we left after our five-night stay, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Every request we made and there were alot of them! —big or small—was handled with a smile and fulfilled within minutes. They truly made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Before our stay, we had a specific religious request, and Oliver went completely above and beyond. He jumped through hoops to make sure everything worked out perfectly, even calling me to make sure it would be sorted, his dedication meant so much to our family. It's rare to encounter that level of care and commitment. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are beautifully designed, luxurious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Vienna. A special thank you to Jason at the concierge desk, who was always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with anything we needed. The bell team also deserves tremendous recognition. Stefan, Onai, Nadim, Tamas, and the other bellmen whose names we unfortunately didn't catch were simply outstanding. Every time they saw us, they greeted us warmly and immediately rushed over to help with our stroller, luggage, or anything else we needed. Stefan even took the time to give our kids rides on the bell cart, which completely made their day, and he ran upstairs to bring them children's slippers. Throughout our stay they happily parked our car multiple times each day, delivered items to our room, offered us bottled water, and were always smiling and eager to help. The genuine warmth and kindness of the entire team made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we've ever had. Luxury hotels are expected to have beautiful rooms—but it's the people who make a stay unforgettable, and the staff at Park Hyatt Vienna exceeded every expectation. We can't wait to return. Room was beautiful. Service at breakfast last attentive servers. Our Server was distracted with talking to other staff members. We had to put in our own order and then we had to also pick it up from the chef. Pretty lame for the price of the room.
