As frequent travelers and loyal guests, we have had the opportunity to experience many exceptional hotels around the world, yet Park Hyatt Vienna remains in a class of its own. What truly sets this property apart is its people. The entire team is outstanding, but the doormen deserve special recognition — their warmth, elegance, and genuine care are simply unmatched. They create a sense of arrival that is both personal and unforgettable. A special thank you to Thomas Galla, who truly stands out, although I may not recall all names correctly. As always, we were given a beautiful room, reflecting the consistency and attention to detail we have come to expect. The reception team was impeccable — gracious, professional, and effortlessly welcoming. Dining is always a true pleasure — from the refined service and exquisite presentation to the exceptional quality of the cuisine. The breakfast is undoubtedly among the finest we have experienced in any hotel worldwide. For us, this is far more than a hotel — it is a place we return to with genuine joy and a strong sense of belonging. Park Hyatt Vienna continues to set the standard for true luxury hospitality

Had an excellent stay here. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and the staff was excellent. Location was great for walking and we enjoyed the easter market in front of the hotel. Only complaint was the soaking tub didn’t get hot enough.

Flew to Vienna for my pre birthday celebration trip with my wife and stayed at Park Hyatt Vienna. This was an old bank that was converted into a wonderfully designed luxury hotel. The hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent. Most luxury hotels I have been in gave you a stuffy feeling but this hotel does not. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The price for the stay is subjective and I feel that the way we were treated by the staff of the hotel was worth the points we paid for the stay. My wife and I feel that it was close to everything we wanted to see and explore. The staff I incredible, helpful and very pleasant to interact with. The rooms are clean and well maintained along with the whole hotel. The street noise level can be heard but not annoying. My wife and I enjoy the sounds of the cafe's and restaurants so we often keep the windows open during our stay. As I mentioned earlier, the staff is great and the level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They have a nice gym that had enough equipment that I used in the morning before the start of our day. They have a spa but I didn't get to try out unfortunately. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner had great food and service. We can't wait to come back and stay here during the holidays this year.

Overall, every aspect of my stay at Park Hyatt Vienna was top notch. From the exceptional service to the beautiful property and attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. It was a truly memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

What to say when the whole experience has nothing to point less but excells the prior memory experience 10 years before? Incredible central location, care, detail, staff, beds, pillows, toilet, cleaning, comfort and… food. Food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was remarkable. They did whatever to please and excell: the pouched eggs, the sourdough bread toast with avocado, the macha latte with coconut milk and the whole breakfast offer will stay as a memorable highlight of my stay. Impecable table service. You deserve your 5 stars. 🔝 As for detail: a simple key room
