The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna

What a wonderful wonderful experience it was! The people (Mr Oscar at the Concierge was such a delight to interact with!), the hotel & the service.. everything was par excellence! Don’t miss a meal at Distrikt.. a cherry on top! :)

Me and my sister stay at the Ritz for 4 nights in the middle of this month, August 2026. What an amazing hotel and amazing stay. From Check-in to the Check-out. The staff is GREAT. The room was very spacious. The room is luxurious with high ceilings and nice furnishings. The beds are is extremely comfortable and wide. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is very good, although the separation between ordering several items from the menu and the open bar is a bit strange and difficult. We would like to give special commend to Madeline from the hotel staff responsible for cleaning and maintaining the rooms. She is GREAT and made our stay much enjoyable. Love to come and stay again.

Started our 7 day adventure in Austria in Vienna. Being a Marriott person, I chose the ritz In Vienna. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. You can try to cheap it out in Europe but you get nickel and dimed on the Ala cart living. Staying at the ritz took care of multiple expenses in one bill and was provided at a 5 star level. Treat yourself and let the staff and hotel treat you they even packed us a to go lunch for our train ride to Salzburg. Highly recommend the hotel and want to say thank you to the entire staff.

What an amazing stay. From checking in to checking out. Cannot fault the hotel. The staff were amazing especially those in the club lounge. A special mention to Georgia (wine tasting ) Ania( mixology ) for their amazing professionalism. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nikolette was amazing. I cannot wait to return. The only downside was the roof top bar. Cocktails were disgusting and expensive. We spent 200 euros on poor quality and poor service. Very overrated. I should have complained the yuzo cocktail was disgraceful. Apart from that it didn’t deter us from the rest of the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this 5 star experience. The best hotel by far in Vienna.
