Dear SO/ Vienna Team, especially Manuela Peter, From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your dedication, for being an oasis of calm even in the midst of a hurricane, and for your passionate approach combined with professionalism and deep empathy for the client. From the very beginning, we felt completely taken care of. You turned our vision of an intimate wedding ceremony into reality, guiding us comfortably through the entire process. Natalie Urbanczyk, thank you for your understanding, commitment, and high personal culture. You helped us find our bearings by explaining the things we didn't quite understand, and thanks to you, the ceremony became even closer to our mothers' hearts. We would also like to thank the front desk ladies, always helpful, always engaged. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Joebelle and Ms. Daria.

On the surface, this is a super sleek, super modern hotel. And it is very stylish and well-located. But in several respects, it seems like a case of form over function. The room was far too dim for our taste -- no adequate overhead lighting. Yet when it came time to go to bed, there were all these little lights from various electronic devices and panels that were getting in the way of falling asleep and which we had to come up with makeshift covers for using everything we could find. Plus, there was this extra corner window in our room with no window covering that was letting in a ton of light. The views from the windows, however, were great -- of the river and beautiful Vienna skyline. The bathroom design was very strange indeed. The staff was nice and eager to please, yet a couple of times, when we requested help with something or whatnot and they promised to send someone up, no one came. It's not a bad choice, but it's not as great as it's cracked up to be either. However my kids liked it more. My 14yr old recommends it.

If I could give this Place 10 out of five, I would. What an amazing experience. This is a full on five star experience. Cleanliness service everything was outrageously good. The loft restaurant has the best views in Vienna I have ever seen . The breakfast is the best ever I have eaten in 30+ yrs of traveling in 30+ countries across 30 yrs of traveling Very first day we ran into a server by the name of illa who was an amazing server. This is a very young person, but she really knew how to treat us very nicely and keep us very entertained. Well as she went out of the way for taking care of the comfort of our child and us. Easily one of the best servers I’ve ever come across. Overall, SO Vienna just blew us away. What an amazing experience.

They booked us into the 17th floor and did not disclose that there would be a full on rave until 2:00 a.m one floor above us. Zero sleep and we had an early morning planned and were counting on a restful night. Absolutely ridiculous that they would put people directly underneath a night club and expect them to have a good nights sleep. front desk lady just basically shrugged and said it is what it is and would not move us to a different floor as they were apparently booked full. This ruins our experience completely. The 17th floor elevator area also stinks like mice.

I stayed here recently for a work trip and it absolutely delivered. The rooms are ultra-minimalistic—basically monochromatic grays, clean lines, and very stark. If you are looking for cozy, traditional luxury, this isn't it. But for a business trip, it is great. The layout is functional, the workspace is clean, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the rainfall shower is excellent after a long day of meetings. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer massive, undisturbed views of the city. The absolute highlight of the hotel is Das LOFT on the 18th floor. I can honestly say it’s the best sky bar I have ever been in. The 360-degree panoramic view of Vienna and St. Stephen’s Cathedral is breathtaking, and the lighted, colorful ceiling installation gives it an incredible vibe at night. Getting breakfast up there with that view completely changes your morning. Logistics-wise, the location is spot on. It's right on the Danube Canal, and the Schwedenplatz U-Bahn station is just across the bridge, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. The staff were also highly professional and accommodating, even setting up a quick to-go breakfast for my early departure. It is definitely on the pricey side, but for the location, the views, and that rooftop bar, it is well worth it. I would absolutely stay here again for business.
