SO/Vienna

Very rude staff, the breakfast serving was chaotic we had to wait 20 minutes for coffee. The floor in the breakfast space was sticky and chairs needed replacing as some were dirty and damaged. The staff on reception were disengaged , our room was not cleaned one day. We booked So Vienna on the strength of So Paris which is an amazing hotel where we have stayed several times. Don’t waste your money booking this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful service and stunning rooftop views of all of Vienna. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great beds and quiet rooms for a great nights sleep. Easy location for touring with top restaurants walking distance. The in room coffee adds a nice touch as well.

A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail—from the decor to the cleanliness, the pool , —was perfectly curated. Breakfast in rooftop is a memorable experience. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Highly recommend!

This remains my favorite hotel in Vienna Rooms with city view gives you the most stunning view of the old city with The Stephansdom Service is spotless and the breakfast in the loft rooftop starts your day with a great view and you can finish the day with a special view of the city

This hotel is totally fabulous.. perfect location .. superb rooms . Lovely gym polite and very pleasant staff ( and that is everyone ) and a magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant. In fact so many positives … I don’t have room to list them . My favourite hotel in Vienna .
