First Class
First class from start to finish. Very warm welcome on arrival from Victor! Our room was spotlessly clean with stunning harbour views. Unfortunately , during our stay my partner took unwell and spent three nights in a faro hospital. During this time the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok, and phoned me daily to enquire about my partner and if they could help in anyway. Without a doubt, I have never stayed anywhere in the world where I have come across such kindness shown by the staff. It’s certainly a trip We will never forget, however, the compassion shown to us at the Tivoli Hotel made a traumatic situation much more bearable. Again on departure, Victor and his colleagues were on hand to help me and wish us well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Fantastic hotel in prime location
Stayed here for 11 nights on EasyJet Package. The Hotel is top notch. Location is perfect, right on the Marina. We had a Premium room on the Marina Side on Floor 8. Spectacular view with a large balcony Room was large and spacious with a generous sized bathroom too. All furnishings were modern and smart Very large pool and deckchair area which provided plenty of space for chasing the sun! Breakfast was included and tasty. Highlights were the Pastel de Nata and the fizz (normal rules don't apply on holiday). Whilst I couldn't speak first-hand, Wife absolutely loved the Yoga classes every morning, on the Friday they even took you down to the Beach for it which I am told was amazing! Definitely coming back

Fabulous location, restaurants, rooms, bars, pool!
LOVE this hotel. Fabulous location right on Marina. Get a beach view room for daytime sun but we preferred Marina view as we love boats! Rooms wonderful, restaurants fab also pool bar. Pool cold so I’m not sure if it’s heated? Spa treatments very good. Food amazing. We arrived early morning and to our utter pleasure, reception had pre-empted our early arrival and our room was ready- fantastic customer service. The only tiny thing that I could criticise is the shower went hot/cold but in fairness we didn’t report this at the time we just put up. Everything else was 100% fabulous, like the staff.

It was a unreal experience from 1st minute we walked through the door. It happened to be my birthday during our stay. We arrived back to our room one evening to find a lovely bottle of champagne and marcons with a hand written birthday wish. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was brilliant. Wish we could have stayed longer lol. Definitely be back.
