First of all, Iris at the reception, for her warm welcome and constant attention to ensuring a clean and pleasant room. She always does her best so guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. At the Snack Bar behind the pool, an exceptional service, easily a 10/10, provided by Yania, Janto, and Nora — always smiling, attentive, and highly professional. Next, Andy and Yusleidy, at the restaurant and the pool bar, delivered a great service, with attention to detail and a genuine desire to satisfy guests. A big shout-out as well to the guys at the 24h Beer Garden, offering consistent, fast, and high-quality service at any time of the day or night. Finally, a special thank you to the gardeners, especially Emanuel, always ready with a fresh coconut — a simple gesture that truly makes a difference and perfectly completes the experience. All the people mentioned above are very attentive to guests’ needs, friendly, and fully committed to making every stay as enjoyable as possible. With over 15 visits to Cuba, I keep coming back with great pleasure, especially to Melia Las Dunas, where I have stayed 6 times, and which remains my favorite resort. Very nice experience. Lively people. Beautiful beach and gardens. We love e our housekeeper The A la Carte are very good . The Buffet is excellent. Javier and Maikel are really good people

It' s our first time in Cuba. This resort is amazing. Lovely people, lovely gardens. There' s a great variety of food and drinks . Our rooms are very comfortable very close to the lobby. Pools are nice too, as well as Snack Bar.

A fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to the stunning beach. My special thanks to the friendly, attentive staff and the incredible animation team who kept us entertained every day. Highly recommended for a great vacation!
