Les Sources de Caudalie

This is an exceptional hotel in every way. The service level is fantastic from the bellmen to the concierges, the waiters, the sommeliers and housekeeping. This is truly a 5 star experience. Both restaurants are excellent with excellent food and friendly attentive service.

We spent an absolutely exceptional weekend at Les Sources de Caudalie, a rare place where everything seems designed to make time stand still. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by impeccable staff, whose kindness and attentiveness were remarkable. Every member of the team seems to possess that discreet talent found in the finest establishments: being present without ever being intrusive, anticipating needs, smiling sincerely, and making every moment more delightful. Truly attentive service at its most elegant. The hotel itself is magnificent. The décor in the rooms is superb – refined, warm, with a charm that is at once chic, natural and deeply soothing. We particularly recommend Room 24, ideally situated near the lake: a little haven of calm, beauty and serenity. The overall atmosphere is quite simply perfect: chic, elegant and cosy, without ever being pretentious. You feel privileged there, but above all, wonderfully at ease. Les Sources de Caudalie achieves what few establishments still manage to offer: luxury without ostentation, refinement without coldness, excellence with soul. An unforgettable weekend, which we recommend without the slightest reservation. An exceptional destination, where you have only one desire as you leave: to return.

Location : is exquisite, peaceful, tranquil, rustic but at the same time sophisticated and luxurious Service : well trained staff overall especially the front desk and morning staff at breakfast… some servers at the “ Table du Lavoir “ need some finesse in their appearance quite sluggish I must say, mannerism and language quite too casual and rough on the edges Amenities : is an area that disappoint with lack of Caudalie products samples in the bathroom not at the level of a PALACE in Paris for example, sheets quality could be elevated as well as the mattress … no air conditioning available during certain period of the year which is unacceptable for a PALACE as it should be offered all year around no matter what Food : only experienced lunch and dinner at “ Table du Lavoir “ and breakfast buffet … quality is quite good as well as options and farm to table fresh refined ingredients much appreciated and well balanced and excellent execution

Excellent hotel facilities, very comfortable ( entry level) room, good pool, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. Bern a few times and still a knock out. Separate restaurant review, not so great.

One of the best hotels I have been so far. Although just a Prestige room it was fantastic, it does not need more. Direct view on the the Smith Lafitte castle ( No 12). The staff was lovely and so service minded. I was there with a dog, perfect place. You can walk within the own huge area, and also in the area of the Lafitte winery ( with a lot of nice art pieces). The „ normal“ restaurant offers great food, with more than fair prices. The Michelin one needs a reservation quiet some time in advance. Here I was to late. But the fantastic breakfast happens in this restaurant space.
