Everything was fine, the spa zone is new, during working days there is not much visitors so you can enjoy privacy. Very beautiful surroundings. The only thing I really I got disappointed about was drivers attitude towards us.

Perfect experience, very friendly staff, nice SPA services, including massage and face-careing procedure. Excellent breakfast. Nice food in the Paysage restaurant, however, quality-to price ratio could be a little better.

This was not my first stay at VGR, and after so many years, I have honestly lost count of how many times I have visited the SPA area. Even though I live only a few kilometers away from VGR, it is always a pleasure to return, bring guests along to relax in the sauna and SPA areas, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This time, I stayed at the hotel. The room was very spacious. I truly appreciate that my request was taken into consideration and that I was given the opportunity to stay in a room overlooking the Ežeraitis side. The breakfast remained just as excellent as ever—delicious, plentiful, and offering a wide variety of choices. I would also like to thank you for the opportunity to visit the Aqua Pool area. My sincere thanks to the entire staff for their professionalism and warm hospitality. I wish you continued success and look forward to visiting again!

Check in for some rooms is 3:30 PM, for others is 2:30 PM, check out is 11:30 AM. When we arrived earlier, we were told to pay 30 EUR, so we decided to wait. 3 PM. They said the room wasn't ready yet, but if we paid 30 EUR, it would be ready. After waiting for 2 hours, we were allowed into the room at exactly 3:30 PM. For a late departure, it was 10 EUR per hour, although it was nighttime when the clocks went forward an hour, this was not taken into account. From the room to the spa, you have to walk crossways, up and down, left and right. The rooms are terrible, the shower is limescale, the shower head doesn't stay on, it's rusty. When you book an aromatherapy room, you go, the clock doesn't work, and back to the reception through the corridors. Everything cost more nerves than rest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
