Vilnius Grand Resort

Check in for some rooms is 3:30 PM, for others is 2:30 PM, check out is 11:30 AM. When we arrived earlier, we were told to pay 30 EUR, so we decided to wait. 3 PM. They said the room wasn't ready yet, but if we paid 30 EUR, it would be ready. After waiting for 2 hours, we were allowed into the room at exactly 3:30 PM. For a late departure, it was 10 EUR per hour, although it was nighttime when the clocks went forward an hour, this was not taken into account. From the room to the spa, you have to walk crossways, up and down, left and right. The rooms are terrible, the shower is limescale, the shower head doesn't stay on, it's rusty. When you book an aromatherapy room, you go, the clock doesn't work, and back to the reception through the corridors. Everything cost more nerves than rest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The aqua zone was good, there are a lot of options were to spend your relaxation time. Our deluxe room was okay, but there could be one big bed instead of two seperate ones... And the food in the morning ? It was just average. The pastries and the bread was like a week old ‐ dry and hard. There weren't that much options like in the other hotels we have been. Oh and there is a ridiculous rule - you cannot bring your own food there. That is just nonsense. Like why I cannot bring my own preference of food I like ? And the prices at their restaurants are quite big.

Thank you for the rest and a cake – a congratulatory gift in the room. And they also brought us a vase for flowers at our request. Our vacation exceeded our expectations. This was our second visit – we'll be back!

Good very clean and nice atmosfer. Prices was high at restaurants and meals was small amount. Hope it will be better
