Calavie has provided a life changing experience for me and my daughter and friends. The food is perfection. The exercise classes and morning hikes with amazing and knowledgeable trainers have taught me how to be healthy and have fun at the same time. The thought and intention at every turn of the Calavie experience makes me want to come back every year. If you ever get the opportunity to spend time at Calavie, you will come home a better person, relaxed and excited for life! Calavie is above and beyond any trip, spa or resort I have ever been to. It is very clear from my first experience why Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is one of the most extraordinary wellness destinations in existence. The estate is immaculate and breathtaking in equal measure. Set on acres of estate vineyards across sun-gold hillsides, and ancient olive groves cast shade along stone pathways. A working water wheel greets arriving guests and manicured garden rooms unfold between the villas at every turn. The kitchen gardens overflow with organic vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers harvested daily for the dining table — lush, bountiful, and impeccably maintained by a team whose pride in this landscape is evident in every corner. The private villas and suites are scattered throughout the property and each one a world of effortless luxury, furnished with authentic French antiques, Italian Frette linens, grand soaking tubs, and sun-drenched balconies overlooking vineyard and sky. The new Maison residences offer the ultimate in private hilltop retreat. Every room is spotless, fragrant, and utterly beautiful. The food is entirely farm-to-table — no processed food, no refined sugar — the seasonal menus are composed with a chef's artistry and a nutritionist's intelligence. Whether a perfectly seared tenderloin or a bright herb-laden salad, every plate is gorgeous and every ingredient is given its due. The spa is light-filled, serene, and stocked with an extraordinary menu of treatments. Every treatment is delivered with focused, unhurried care. We so enjoyed being in the L'Orangerie for wine tastings and chef's demonstrations in garden-wrapped beauty. I cannot recommend this experience enough and will look forward to returning again and again.

Just returned from three magical nights at Cal-a-Vie and I'm already dreaming about going back. From the moment we arrived, the stunning grounds, gardens and vineyards took our breath away. The staff at CAV truly sets this place apart. Every single person we encountered was warm, genuinely kind, and went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. The programming is great. We loved the morning hikes, the exercise classes, yoga and educational offerings. The trapeze class and sound bowl mediation were two highlights. Of course the afternoon spa treatments were something we looked forward to everyday! The food was AMAZING. Pretty much everything you eat is grown on property (execept for the meats and fish). We never once felt like we were hungry because the portions are healthy, plus you get a smoothie break in the morning that is not to miss. Our group was treated to a cooking demonstration one night which was so fun. Our garden tour with Jacob was also fabulous. I stayed in one of the private houses with a group of friends, which made the whole experience even more special. And the sense of community with the other guests was something I didn't expect - we met such wonderful new friends from all over! Cal-a-Vie is truly in a league of its own. Highly recommend a visit.

Cal-a-Vie was truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt intentional, personal, and effortless. The property is stunning, the service is exceptional, and the entire stay has a rare sense of calm and care that is hard to describe until you experience it. The fitness, wellness, food, spa, and overall programming were all outstanding. The staff made us feel incredibly well taken care of, and every part of the stay exceeded expectations. One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. We cannot wait to come back.

The staff at Cal-a-vie is so accommodating and truly bend over backwards to fit your needs. From being picked up at the airport with a personal chauffeur and concierge service to each meal being catered to your dietary needs, there isn't one detail that is missed. The morning hikes are not to be slept on and neither are the scalp and hair treatments! I can't wait to go back.
