Cal-a-Vie Health Spa and Resort

My sister and I visited Cal-a-Vie to celebrate her 40th birthday, with the goal of spending four nights decompressing and recalibrating from the demands of running households while working stressful jobs. It was exactly what we needed. The property, programming, food, and spa were all top-notch. However, the staff is where Cal-a-Vie truly shines. Everyone we encountered demonstrated such excellence, professionalism, and sincere warmth. Chris taught us pickleball and directed our play with the perfect balance of encouragement and clear instruction. Victoria led us on gorgeous hikes and kept us motivated the entire way. Leonard made sure every dining experience was perfect and even arranged a packed lunch for us to take on a golf outing. I could truly go on and on about the people who made our stay so special. There is an incredible level of care and attention throughout the entire property, and it never felt forced or overly formal. I left feeling completely refreshed, which is exactly what I had hoped for when we booked the trip. I’ll absolutely return to Cal-a-Vie.

Cal A Vie is the most beautiful, relaxing, delicious, and well run resort and spa that we have been to in a very long time. It was seamless, and everything we could’ve asked for in a getaway place that could help us rejuvenate and relax. The staff are, bar none, the kindest and most helpful group of individuals that collectively made our experience the most amazing! We cannot wait to return… This was a wonderful experience!

Gorgeous setting, great dining, great service and comfortable accommodation

This is my second visit to Cal A Vie. I went with a friend, my goal, a personal reboot! Cal A Vie is by far my favorite health spa. The food is phenomenal, staff members are positive, professional and very service oriented. There’s something for everyone in terms of fitness regardless of fitness level. I’m starting from scratch and felt supported and so much better after three days. What’s great, there were people with incredible skill and fitness and they got to enjoy all the advanced level classes. Loved, Kevin, Amanda, Johnny and so many of the fitness instructors and team members. Try it - you’ll fall in love with the atmosphere, the property is very special and service is second to none. We’re prioritizing our next visit.

Calavie has provided a life changing experience for me and my daughter and friends. The food is perfection. The exercise classes and morning hikes with amazing and knowledgeable trainers have taught me how to be healthy and have fun at the same time. The thought and intention at every turn of the Calavie experience makes me want to come back every year. If you ever get the opportunity to spend time at Calavie, you will come home a better person, relaxed and excited for life! Calavie is above and beyond any trip, spa or resort I have ever been to. Thank you!
