InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa

My wife and I stayed here late October when the weather was still glorious. First of all the location cant be surpassed. We had a lagoon view room which is actually better than the beach view due to the minimal foot traffic. Our room was 2214 and the direct to beach access was amazing and it was virtually next door to the Navo restaurant (adults only). The lagoon itself is postcard and less rough than the beach view and more remote. The staff were as polite and friendly as anywhere we've traveled and will miss their hospitality greatly. It was a wonderful atmosphere as the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much to make our stay more comfortable. The restaurants were all great and would satisfy the most fastidious eater kids and adults alike. As far as value the prices were comparable to australian prices, perhaps marginally cheaper...well its a 5* resort so nothing to be surprised about and it was delicious regardless.

I recently hosted a group stay at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in over 15 years of travel planning. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every staff member went above and beyond. Special thanks to Cynthia Roxburgh, Kinijoji Sokosoko, and Laite Bulikula from the groups department. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness made the entire process stress free. They handled every detail with care, responded promptly to every question, and ensured my clients had a flawless stay. The welcome drums, Fijian singing, VIP check in, and friendly smiles created an unforgettable first impression. The front office staff, bellmen, and housekeeping team were exceptional. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Sera from Sanasana Restaurant, whose warmth and hospitality truly touched my heart. I first visited this resort over nine years ago and had one of the best vacations of my life. Returning with my clients reminded me exactly why. The service, the people, and the genuine spirit of Fiji made this experience extraordinary. Vinaka vakalevu to the entire InterContinental Fiji team. You have set the standard for five star service, and I will continue to recommend your resort to all my clients.

This hotel was excellent.. From Check in, to included activities to check out. Our room plus the cleopatra bath was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and genuine, nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The location of Natadola Bay was great - we had a beach walk every day. Snorkeling was good, just outside the hotel room. Food was excellent especially the buffet breakfast.

Beautiful Resort, beautiful pools, beaches, water sports, amenities. Fiji Air allows for a Fiji stop-over, no added $.

Our family had an amazing holiday at the Intercontinental in Fiji. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms where every detail is carefully considered. Everything is comfortable, clean, and at a very high level. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We have special religious restrictions, and the chef 🫡 and all the buffet staff went above and beyond for us every morning and evening. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, and they found creative ways to help us enjoy our meals. Their kindness and care made our experience outstanding, better than we ever expected.🙏 There are so many activities and shows for children, and our three kids loved every minute. We felt like part of a big family. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. We will always remember your kindness, and we hope to come back again. We did a tour with him to the cave, went snorkelling, visited a village, and fed the fish. It was a beautiful experience-safe, friendly, and a great way to support local people. The price is very affordable. I think everyone staying at this hotel should try a tour with Captain Sly and his lovely team. 😍
