The moment you arrive to the hotel you will feel the luxurious atmosphere from its spacious and elegant lobby and the professional manners of the bellman (Thanks to Tassos, my favorite guide). The room is very elegant and well furnished with all facilities you need as well as balconies. Breakfast is that of an upper five star hotel and all staff are helpful and attentive eventhough they get a bit slow on very crowded days. The shuttle is a convenient way to take you to Athens city center with various time slots. I will definitely visit again with my whole family next vacation. checkout some amazing pics on my instagram/hendeltaweel

The hotel overall was nice. The staff was very nice. The very odd thing we have never experienced is that the hotel has no clothes irons in the rooms. It’s like 1950 in Greece. We had to wait for someone to return the iron and the ironing board so we could hopefully use it for an hour. We were at the hotel for a wedding and many guests were frantic because they could not iron clothing for the wedding! So unacceptable for a hotel that charges $500 a night for a room.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and although it’s in a great location and surrounding area is nice, I gave seen a change in management. The front desk although polite, I find not to be very accommodating. They come across as somewhat standoffish. I had an early morning meeting and it was 15 minutes before breakfast opened and I asked if I could please have a cup of coffee and their answer to me was you have to wait 15 minutes. This was just one of the many things that disappointed me. The coffee machine in the room was not working as well. Overall, my experience was just OK.

"Stay away" Staff at the front office was not helpful and complacent. Reception went out of their way to delay the check-in when rooms were available. Concierge never answered emails ahead of us getting there and didn't support us to make reservations to celebrate a birthday. Old property that hasn't been refurbished. Only positive was the bellman after we tipped to get our luggage.
