At home on the Athens Riviera From the moment you step into the entrance door to the moment you leave, the kindness and unique attention to detail of the staff make you fell home in this beautiful place. The rooms are decorated with taste and more or less spacious depending on the category. the beds are comfortable. The food is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel concierge is very competent allowing you to plan the trip seamlessly. The beaches nearby are beautiful. All the ingredients for a perfect family holiday. We would love to be back soon!

A bit disappointed with this hotel, especially given the extremely high price. I did not have a bad stay, but this hotel is simply not at the level I would expect from a genuine five-star property. Most importantly, this is definitely not a place where you can truly relax. My room was far from what I would expect for the price, and many of the rooms overlook the construction site next door, which is extremely noisy and unattractive. There were also dogs barking nearby, so the overall environment was anything but peaceful. There were also a huge number of children around. I have absolutely nothing against children, but at this price point and in a hotel of this category, I would expect the experience to be much calmer and better managed. At breakfast, it was sometimes difficult even for the staff to move around and serve properly because children were running everywhere. What I find particularly difficult to understand is that the price is comparable to the Four Seasons next door. There is, in my opinion, a world of difference between the two in terms of service, atmosphere, surroundings and overall experience. I did not have a bad time, but considering the price, the value for money is very disappointing. In my opinion, this is simply not a five-star experience and certainly not somewhere I would come to relax

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The food was delicious. There is a beach and a few restaurants within a short walk. Overall a perfect few nights stay.

Excellent location, great service, awesome food!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding Mr. Giannis, the receptionist at this five-star hotel. Unfortunately, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional when I contacted the reception for assistance. He was unwilling to help, spoke in an impolite manner, and made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. I expected a much higher level of customer service and hospitality from a luxury hotel. This experience left a very negative impression and does not reflect the standards a five-star establishment should represent.
