All Good bar the Music
Location is good, just five minutes walk from the Wailea Shops, which contains upmarket shops and quality restaurants. Hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and staff were always helpful and friendly. All rooms have a balcony. Swimming pool has an attached bubble pool, though they were rather small and finding a sunbed would be challenging if the hotel was full. There was a nice breakfast facility with a small shop selling everyday essentials nearby. Bar was okay serving typical Hawaiian bar food. A downside was the monotonous supermarket type music played all in the pool area which also could be heard in the rooms. It got more annoying as the week progressed.

Early morning “stomping”
I agree with most of the reviews, except I’m surprised others did not comment on the lack of soundproofing. We were woken up three of 5 mornings by the people above, twice at 4:30am. It seems like pilots stay here which could explain the early mornings. But with a relatively new hotel, you would think that they would have thought this through more.

Staff is super friendly, goes above and beyond, and the hotel has a super relaxing vibe! Food was excellent!! Room was clean and quiet!

Great Stay
We just got back from a stay at the AC Hotel in Wailea and really loved it. The views were beautiful, especially at sunset, and the whole hotel has a clean, modern, boutique feel. The room was super comfortable and quiet—exactly what we needed to relax. The infinity pool was a favorite spot for us, never too crowded and really peaceful. Also, parking was super easy and close to our room (which is not always the case in Maui), and no resort fee was a nice surprise. What really stood out was the staff, especially Ederin. She was incredibly sweet, gracious, warm, and kind! Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference. If you're looking for a chill, stylish place in Wailea that’s not a huge resort, this is a great pick. It was less than half the price of the big, noisy resorts
