Fairmont Kea Lani Maui

Checked in here today. Check in experience was very underwhelming. Pretty much left on your own. Valet guys said hi and took the car. Had to wander in and find the check in desk and even then had to ask them if that’s what the desk was. No traditional Hawaiian welcome. Our toddlers first time in Hawaii and we talked up the Leis etc. No one offered it, had to ask for it at the end and it definitely made the whole check in experience sub par for a five star hotel.

We had a great experience! My children remarked how wonderfully friendly all of the staff were throughout our visit. We received our requested upgrade to a corner suite with additional square footage. It was a great room! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel relaxed. We opted to add a rollaway so each of our kids could have a separate sleeping space. I have included a photo of how this worked in the space. The beach front is peaceful and stunning and the shuttle service is super convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani, and we had the best time! The property is absolutely beautiful—tasteful, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous beach and the lush gardens and beautiful tropical plants throughout the property, which made the entire resort feel peaceful and special. The staff and level of service were exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Compared to other stays we’ve had in Maui, the resort felt very family-friendly without feeling overwhelmed with young children. I also appreciated that we could easily find a great spot at the pool without having to wake up early and stake out chairs. We spent a lot of time at the pool! The complimentary car service to nearby destinations was another great perk and made it easy to get around while saving on parking, rental car, and Uber costs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Shops at Wailea and many great restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and this beautiful property and will definitely be back!

This resort is excellent in location, service, and accommodation. The manager Corrie made her best to make our family stay comfortable and we felt home in our suite room. We also got a personal welcome letter from her after fixing an issue. The front desk staff Luz, was helpful in very way. The suites are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff Rosemarie & Zenah were exceptional. The pool team, especially Marck are great in service for the pool hotel residents from 7 am until 5 pm. There are also washing machines and dryers among the 3rd-7th floor so one doesn’t worry about laundry. The restaurants are the best in this hotel. The Marketplace, Spa, and the Boutique at Fairmont Kea Lani are a great choice for travellers eho want to shop and relax. The beach view resort, with its location and pristine service is an amazing place for spending a vacation in Maui.

A HUGE shoutout to Nick and Noel who were such a joy to hang out with at Ama pool bar! These guys knew our order by day 2 and even collaborated with the fabulous chef Alvin to clean the kitchen and cook my onion rings in a separate pot so I could enjoy them with my severe shellfish allergy. I never get to eat fried stuff and these guys really went out of the way to ensure that my needs were met and I got to enjoy my experience. What a treat! They even offered to do it for me again on day 2! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would.
