Wonderful Stay at Wailea Beach Villas
We stayed at these condos during the Thanksgiving break. These condos are in an incredible location (right between Wailea Beach Resort and The Grand Wailea). Also, the complex is right next to The Shops at Wailea which has luxury shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores for groceries, etc. Another benefit of the location is that it shares beach amenities with The Grand Wailea. The beach access is very nice and safe for kids. The grounds are really beautiful and very well managed. The condo complex is very quiet and relaxing. The only negatives is that these condos don't have any food/beverage service at all (normal for a condo complex although drinks at the pool would be great). Also, if you are bringing kids, they are not allowed at the very nice pool that is by the beach. There is a small pool in the middle of the complex and that is the only pool where kids are allowed. That was a real bummer for us.

Love Wailea Beach Villas
Wailea Beach Villas is an amazing property, 5 stars for sure. Our experience with CoralTree was not ideal and I would go with a different property management company if you have a choice. CoralTree took over management of J106 and the price has increase > 30% since taking over.

Great Alternative to a Full-Service Resort
Excellent place and location in Maui. A great way to save some money on meals while still enjoying the feel of a resort. Highly Recommended.

Amazing Views
We had a great stay at Wailea Beach Villas. The property is beautiful and centrally located to several beaches, other adjacent resorts and shopping. Customer service exceeded our expectations, we had a few issues with the air conditioning but they were on top of it. The view from our unit PH411 was amazing.

Everyone and everything is outstanding at WBV. Service and accommodations were better than expected. Very high quality overall. We would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Much better experience than the big hotels in the area.

The Wailea Beach Villas provided my family and me an ideal location while in Hawaii. The property's beautiful views and pleasant atmosphere were enhanced by the resort's obvious commitment to traditional Hawaiian hospitality.
