The Best Golf Resort in Nova Scotia
Fox Harb’r has always been one of my favourite places to visit. It is a marvellous full service resort. I go to play golf but it offers much more, including an amazing pool, hot tub, cold plunge and saunas, and fitness centre. There is also a spa for a fee and other services. This year I played on their new course, which is a combo of nine holes from each of the two new courses that will open next year. The course was wonderful, as good as anywhere. But what sets this resort apart from the “other” golf destination in Nova Scotia is the level of service and attention to the comfort of visitors. Once you arrive here, you don’t have to leave for the entirety of your visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and can meet all your needs. And best of all the price is right: what you would expect for a luxury resort without being excessive. If you want a great vacation, go to Fix Harb’r!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort is gorgeous from the minute you reach the front gate. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Hospitable and warm stay
Loved our stay. We can feel that they take hospitality to heart . There are a multitude of little attentions that make the stay memorable from the heated bathroom tiles, little sewing kits, the beautiful spa with an incredible pool, to the warm and attentive staff. It’s the perfect place to rest and recharge on a road trip in Nova Scotia .

Anniversary celebration
We love this resort - have gone four times now and Fox Harb’r never disappoints!! The luxurious executive suites offer everything you need in a room. The staff are all super friendly. Options for dining are great. We enjoyed our golf and look forward to seeing the two courses evolve

Fantastic
Fantastic golf resort. But it has much more to offer. The spa is incredible: complete with sauna, steam room, salt room, ice shower, and cold plunge. The main pool is huge. And there is a nice jacuzzi tub. There is also an inviting mineral pool. All of this is inside a beautiful inclosed natatorium. Two restaurants, skeet/trap, and to make it even better, the resort is directly on the sound. The water is crystal clear and a delightful swim.

We just came back from this beautiful property. The room was spacious and comfortable, with wonderful touches like heated tile floors in the bathroom. The food in the lodge was amazing, particularly the seafood platter for two on our first night there. The Nova Scotia lamb was also good on our second night and when my husband mentioned it was not exactly medium rare, he was given a brand new perfectly cooked plate of fresh lamb, with apologies from the chef. Finally, since it is a golf resort, my husband assured me that the course was not only beautiful, but beautifully-maintained, even in early October. Could not recommend this place enough.
