Founded over 700 years ago, Warsaw has been the most vibrant location in Poland ever since. Alluring and inspiring, timeless and yet romantic, the city today is closer to the Western Europe than ever before, preserving its extraordinary atmosphere and the touch of historic grandeur. Situated in the heart of Warsaw on the famous Royal Route, Hotel Bristol is the city’s most remarkable landmark. The hotel enchants with majestic neo-renaissance facade and romantic interiors, being a prestigious blend of history and contemporary luxury. Enjoy intriguing mix of royal luxury with rich and involving history. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, near the Old Town, Hotel Bristol enchants with charming suites and marvelous views.

Bristol is a palace, from all details. The suite I booked is super big, sitting room with quite comfortable sofa. The bed is amazing, its mat must have some magic which made me sleep in 3 secs :-))) All staff, including restaurant and bar waiters waitresses are super nice, I enjoyed a small drink before dinner in their bar, btw you won’t want to miss their bar, good selection of drinks, smart bartenders. Also Bristol Café pls be there! A coz afternoon with their signature mille feuilles and good tea, maybe a champagne, so relaxed. Only… maybe better to order mille feuilles with friends since it’s SUPER big! Location beats, it is right from the start route to the old town, but still quiet. Breakfast is a star, so fresh food in buffet and with selections à la carte, tried some of them and all delicious. I won’t stay anywhere else in Warsaw.

...but next time definitely we will . I am sharing our experience from the visit (only) to the hotel. During our stay in Warsaw we stayed in another hotel of similar standard, but we wanted to visit this particular hotel both to see it and to have a coffee in the Bristol Cafe .When we arrived, the cafe was closed, so we went into the reception, where we were very warmly welcomed by the front man , who was really helpful and kind, much more than expected for a couple who didn't even stayed at the hotel. We chatted with him for a while, he gave us directions and suggestions and said goodbye to us in a particularly warm way. I must admit that I was amazed by the professionalism of the above gentleman, unfortunately I failed to remember his name. All of the above happened at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 205

This hotel is the Luxury Collection of Marriott. Yes, Hardware is a luxury, but software (service) is not a luxury. I requested a showshine service with a return by 8 am the next day. At 10 am, when I checked for my breakfast, my shoes were not delivered. Since it was a one-night trip, I had no spare shoes. They could not find my shoes for 25 minutes. They initially told me it was delivered to the wrong room, but that wasn't the case. I asked to leave outside the door, but there were no shoes in the corridor. After 25 minutes, a guy slowly walked to my room door with a shoe box. Breakfast finished at 10:30 am, and I just had the first dish of bread, and they took away all the dishes. I went to the front desk and made a heavy complaint to the duty manager. She just said she will give 10,000 points and anything else I need. I told her that I need a formal apology from the top management and reassurance about the mail of apology when I checked out. But no response. They credited 10,000 points in the afternoon on that day, but I received no email apology or explanation, despite my request. They just finished my case by throwing 10,000 points. I have more than 1,000,000 points in my Bonvoy account, and I stay at the Luxury Collection hotels because I expect Luxury Service. Not for additional points.

Dont stay anywhere else. This hotel is the beating heart of the Royal Way in Warsaw. Warsaw is a vast city that is not easy to navigate, but you can walk from here to almost all the places that make Warsaw Warsaw and you will only feel lost in time. The concierge has clearly become part of the story of this place, just as so many souls have before. If Chopin suddenly made a miraculous return from his Paris exile, he would stay here without question! And he would compose his next piano piece lingering over their delicious breakfast, and looking at his own apartment out of the window!

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip to Poland, and this was our favorite BY FAR. In fact, it's one of my favorite hotels of all time! The location is ideal - walkable to everything. We were upgraded to a suite, and our room was spacious and gorgeous. The hotel breakfast was amazing - with extensive buffet and made to order options. I would love to come back and stay here again someday!
