a stay beyond amazing
This hotel was so amazing that my trip became a true humble best ever hotel stay. Welcome and check-in was fantastic including a deluxe suite upgrade. location next to presidential palace and very close to old town is fantastic. The room and sleeping comfort was amazing, never had such nice sleep and room was completely silence. The Byredo amenities so nice. Breakfast a la carte breakfast with avocado toast, french toast, orange juice and an espresso was a perfect star. The breakfast one of my best ever - thanks for amazing stay, I will be back

Bar Snacks 😱
Raffles bar was too busy after a night @ the Opera so headed to the Bristol Warsaw Hotel opposite for some drinks & bar snacks, all the dishes we ordered were perfect, well worth a visit 👍🏻

Horrible customer service
The customer service by management is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I am Titanium at Marriott and they refused to honor my reservation for dinner even though I am staying the hotel. Don’t worry I will never return for a third trip. Nor will I be Titanium this year with Marriott. Not with this kind of the customer is always wrong mentality.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Warsaw
Undeniably a beautiful old style building right in the heart of Warsaw. The location is really great, and easy walking distance to most things. Sadly the rooms are looking slightly tired, and the decor isn’t up to a 5* standard as is advertised. Sadly they fall prey to the biggest bug bear in a hotel room, no plug sockets anywhere near the bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall would stay again, but feel the hotel could do with a touch of TLC to modernise it.
