This is a lovely historical hotel in a central location. The guest rooms were expansive in size, very nicely appointed, quiet and well serviced. Room service arrived promptly. The breakfast buffet was lavish, included a very diverse made-to-order menu, and was impeccably maintained even during the busiest times. Concierge, bell captain and other front of house staff were all gracious and ready to assist. This is an excellent option for a stay in a hotel with character in the most desirable location.

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip to Poland, and this was our favorite BY FAR. In fact, it's one of my favorite hotels of all time! The location is ideal - walkable to everything. We were upgraded to a suite, and our room was spacious and gorgeous. The hotel breakfast was amazing - with extensive buffet and made to order options. I would love to come back and stay here again someday!

To be clear, this is a wonderful Marriott property just outside the old City and it’s a 4.5 stars rating….Great location, easily accessible by the 175 bus and trams, assorted staff including Michael and Thomas at the concierge, Igor at the restaurant bar, and the front desk staff were very solid and very helpful and accommodating to this solo traveler. Good restaurant rec for the two nights I stayed as well…I skipped the breakfast and hit the street for a coffee daily so I did not eat in the hotel… Room was lovely, bathroom was well appointed and housekeeping was great. My only “meh” or complaint was that the hotel charged me an extra 25% on my bill for a tour that I had them organize as a “processing” fee b/c I didn’t pay in zloty or USD. Granted, it was a last minute thing as my original plan was canceled for some reason out of my control or obviously their’s! …However, based on the price of the tour and transport, it seemed excessive to me….However, I hope to return to Warszawa and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Bristol with my wife for my birthday. This property is simply amazing, as soon as you enter the hotel you perceive a feeling of luxury. It's located right next to the Presidential Palace, close to the old city (Stare Miasto). You can go anywhere on foot from here. The check in experience was great, the girl who checked us in was really nice and everything went fast and smooth. We just had to wait a couple of minutes for our room to be ready but it was 2 pm and it's perfectly normal. The room (345) had a view on the park. It was extremely clean (great job HSK!), with a fantastic bathroom and a very very comfortable bed. The lined also smelled really good. The Breakfast Team is very well trained, the quality of the food is top notch: the buffet is great and the choice from the à la carte menu is enough to satisfy everyone. We tried the Benedict eggs, the avocado sandwich and the American pancake: all amazing. Unfortunately we had no time to try the Bar, who has a huge selection of gins, and the spa. But the plan is to come back again. Everyone is smiling and helpful, and this is what you expect from a Hotel like this. We will suggest the Bristol to all our friends.

In late June, I had an extended two-week stay at Hotel Bristol in Warsaw, first for attending meetings and followed by a comfortable and laid-back leisure stay to explore Warsaw's sites and rich history. When I arrived at the driveway of Hotel Bristol, I was very impressed by the service provided by the bellman, who was professional and promptly assisted with the luggage. While the property is historic, it has been well-integrated with modern furnishings and amenities. What made this experience quite memorable was the high level of service and hospitality. A special thank you to the hotel staff, including Manager Christopher and Dominika, as well as associates Dariusz and Vitaliia from housekeeping. The entire team at Hotel Bristol went above and beyond to assist, ensuring it was a comfortable extended stay. Additionally, the recognition of Bonvoy Elite Status was also excellent. From pre-arrival communication to a courteous check-in process and room upgrades, the Ambassador Elite status was fully recognized and handled very professionally. The hotel's location has to be the best in Warsaw. It is situated directly next to the presidential palace and is also located in the heart of Old Town, where numerous landmarks and restaurants are located. The property is also close to the central business district, only a few minutes ride away by car. Everything was perfect except for the on-site dining experience at Marconi. There is certainly room for improvement in terms of service and cuisine, not to mention the unprofessional behavior of the attendant, Olat. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend Hotel Bristol to both leisure and business travelers who plan to visit Warsaw.
