This hotel is the Luxury Collection of Marriott. Yes, Hardware is a luxury, but software (service) is not a luxury. I requested a showshine service with a return by 8 am the next day. At 10 am, when I checked for my breakfast, my shoes were not delivered. Since it was a one-night trip, I had no spare shoes. They could not find my shoes for 25 minutes. They initially told me it was delivered to the wrong room, but that wasn't the case. I asked to leave outside the door, but there were no shoes in the corridor. After 25 minutes, a guy slowly walked to my room door with a shoe box. Breakfast finished at 10:30 am, and I just had the first dish of bread, and they took away all the dishes. I went to the front desk and made a heavy complaint to the duty manager. She just said she will give 10,000 points and anything else I need. I told her that I need a formal apology from the top management and reassurance about the mail of apology when I checked out. But no response. They credited 10,000 points in the afternoon on that day, but I received no email apology or explanation, despite my request. They just finished my case by throwing 10,000 points. I have more than 1,000,000 points in my Bonvoy account, and I stay at the Luxury Collection hotels because I expect Luxury Service. Not for additional points.

Dont stay anywhere else. This hotel is the beating heart of the Royal Way in Warsaw. Warsaw is a vast city that is not easy to navigate, but you can walk from here to almost all the places that make Warsaw Warsaw and you will only feel lost in time. The concierge has clearly become part of the story of this place, just as so many souls have before. If Chopin suddenly made a miraculous return from his Paris exile, he would stay here without question! And he would compose his next piano piece lingering over their delicious breakfast, and looking at his own apartment out of the window!

This is a lovely historical hotel in a central location. The guest rooms were expansive in size, very nicely appointed, quiet and well serviced. Room service arrived promptly. The breakfast buffet was lavish, included a very diverse made-to-order menu, and was impeccably maintained even during the busiest times. Concierge, bell captain and other front of house staff were all gracious and ready to assist. This is an excellent option for a stay in a hotel with character in the most desirable location.

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip to Poland, and this was our favorite BY FAR. In fact, it's one of my favorite hotels of all time! The location is ideal - walkable to everything. We were upgraded to a suite, and our room was spacious and gorgeous. The hotel breakfast was amazing - with extensive buffet and made to order options. I would love to come back and stay here again someday!

To be clear, this is a wonderful Marriott property just outside the old City and it’s a 4.5 stars rating….Great location, easily accessible by the 175 bus and trams, assorted staff including Michael and Thomas at the concierge, Igor at the restaurant bar, and the front desk staff were very solid and very helpful and accommodating to this solo traveler. Good restaurant rec for the two nights I stayed as well…I skipped the breakfast and hit the street for a coffee daily so I did not eat in the hotel… Room was lovely, bathroom was well appointed and housekeeping was great. My only “meh” or complaint was that the hotel charged me an extra 25% on my bill for a tour that I had them organize as a “processing” fee b/c I didn’t pay in zloty or USD. Granted, it was a last minute thing as my original plan was canceled for some reason out of my control or obviously their’s! …However, based on the price of the tour and transport, it seemed excessive to me….However, I hope to return to Warszawa and would definitely stay here again!
