Absolutely beautiful hotel and perfectly situated to exit hotel and experience Warsaw. Old Town just a short walk away. Our room was spacious and toiletries provided were luxurious. The hotel itself survived bombing of WW2, so it is a stunning representation of pre war architecture. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The pastries and coffee at Cafe Bristol were beyond delicious and I highly recommend stopping in for an afternoon treat. Overall, this hotel was perfect and exceeded all expectations. I would absolutely recommend staying here and it will be my first choice upon my return trip to Warsaw.

Great location and historical of course. For that reason though, the walls are thin and you may hear undesirable noises from your neighbors. I booked through Amex FHR program separate 1 night reservations. They made me check-in and check-out each day as they couldn't merge it, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the invoices became jumbled and hard to keep track of. They didn't populate in the Marriott app where I could view the hotel bill likely since this was a 3rd party booking. One front desk staff gave me an invoice one morning while another one did not. I emailed the hotel after my stay to request invoices, but have not heard back in over 3 business days. Also had an issue in check-in as we had 2 rooms and only one was ready, past the regular 3pm check-in time. Staff stated it would take 5-10 minutes for final checks but I had not heard anything for over 30 minutes. Ended up speaking to housekeeping in the hallway who said he was new and couldn't help. Also called guest services from the 1 room we were in and they said they would call me back with an update but never did. I finally went downstairs after an hour and the keys were now ready.

For 3 nights we couldn't find anything this hotel did wrong. It's the only choice when you visit Warsaw.

Stayed for two nights as a member of a tour group. Room and breakfast paid for to tour company On the second day, we were asked to provide a deposit on credit card. I did so and, after currency conversion, this was for GB£89.95 However, the hotel, with no notice to me, also took a deposit for GB£346.98!! This was completely unacceptable. I was only aware as I noticed the two pending transactions on the bank app on the last morning prior to check-out. I was informed, when I raised the issue as I was checking-out, that there was an error and that both amounts would be released. Two days later, I am waiting for both amounts to be unblocked on the credit card. Can I suggest that if the Hotel takes a such a charge in error then the guest should be immediately informed; not have to discover for themselves.
