Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw

The facility is okay, the room is pleasant, the car park is not large and not very secure. The service/check-in, restaurant/ is very low competence. Products placed in the menu are missing, many organisational shortcomings. Many shortcomings and together with lack of reflection on the part of the staff and some managers have a very negative impact on the comfort of your stay at the Bristol hotel.

Staying at Hotel Bristol was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment you walk through the doors, you’re surrounded by a unique blend of historical charm and modern luxury that makes this hotel truly stand out in Warsaw. My room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view added an extra touch of magic to the stay. The service deserves special recognition. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Their warm and efficient approach made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes served in a lovely setting. A perfect way to start the day. Hotel Bristol has a soul - it’s a place where history meets elegance, ideal for both leisure and business trips. I would happily return on my next visit to Warsaw.

Incredible location, amazing breakfast, nice suite room, really nice staff. Loved the warm pool and wet and dry sauna.

Our 1st time to Poland and we happy we choose Bristol Hotel. The location is very strategic for tourists, nearby many tourists attractions (old town, churches etc) and famous polish restaurants and cafes. Hotel Bristol also had sauna rooms (2 rooms) and heated pool which when we came on October it’s very good for us. Service was excellent even the doorman very helpful given us insight about many places. You must try their breakfast with variety choices and tasty also (plus champagne). Definitely our honeymoon highlight to Poland. See you next stay.

Awesome hotel great stay good rooms. Situated in the heart of the city very good service great staff concierge very helpful and even the front desk and doormen also very nice overall rooms are well renovated it’s got a classic vibe with modern touches. The cafe at the hotel has probably the best desserts in the city must have coffee and dessert there. Only things which was a slight miss was the break fast not worth it just average and being titanium member I didnt get my room on time which was disappointing. All in all worth staying but pricing can be better but for sure worth a stay.
