Beautiful old world hotel with charm to spare..great location, You can walk to old town, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, university campus, etc The warm lap pool was a treat at the end of the day. Special thanks to the bartenders, Igor and the guys, housekeeping, and concierge service. A very special thanks to Mr Tomasz Szyszka, the sales director. He handled a dufficult situation with professionalism and courtesy. Loved our stay..

Great hotel in a great location

Beautiful building (one of the few in Warsaw to survive WWII), well located and with a professional and friendly staff. Absolutely lovely—first class in every way. Would give it 5 stars except that at checkout they tried to slip in a service charge — not for housekeeping (left directly in room) or servers (paid at meal) or other staff tipped as appropriate, but rather for the other staff not normally tipped. It wasn’t a huge amount and they agreed to remove it, but it left a bad taste to be surprised at the last minute with a questionable ‘service charge’. Seems like it would make more sense to just add a few PLN to the room cost rather than surprise guests at checkout with unexpected fees.

A beautiful and delightful hotel of historic significance. The service in general was top notch. Our room was a suite with 2nd half-bath. Partly because of its age, there are a paucity of electric outlets, with none anywhere near our very comfortable bed, and some issues with the electricity in general which was ultimately remedied The breakfast spread was wonderful with the only difficulty being delays on both mornings in getting coffees. We were asked first thing about our coffee preferences. One would expect prompt return of same, before we made our way through the food lines. The night before we left, we arranged for the hotel car service to take us to the train station in the morning. The concierge making the reservation told us that our room credit would cover the cost. Upon checking out, we were told that the concierge had erred - so we lost the ability to use the credit for something else, such as dinner had we eaten in the hotel, and we had to pay for the car service. Normally, if the hotel makes such an error they do not expect the guest to suffer the consequences. All in all, we loved our stay, the beauty, elegance, charm and location of the hotel. It is adjacent to the presidential palace, and a few blocks from many eateries and places of interest in the Old Town section of Warsaw. A definite top notch place to stay.

A Classically Beautiful Luxury Hotel

This is a beautiful, classic, luxury hotel. We had a large room and bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. The breakfasts were wonderful and hotel staff were very professional and helpful. My husband used the indoor pool (a unique feature in a city hotel) and greatly enjoyed it. The location is fabulous…next door to the Presidential Palace and within easy walking distance of old town.

Fav. hotel in Warsaw

Bristol is a palace, from all details. The suite I booked is super big, sitting room with quite comfortable sofa. The bed is amazing, its mat must have some magic which made me sleep in 3 secs :-))) All staff, including restaurant and bar waiters waitresses are super nice, I enjoyed a small drink before dinner in their bar, btw you won’t want to miss their bar, good selection of drinks, smart bartenders. Also Bristol Café pls be there! A coz afternoon with their signature mille feuilles and good tea, maybe a champagne, so relaxed. Only… maybe better to order mille feuilles with friends since it’s SUPER big! Location beats, it is right from the start route to the old town, but still quiet. Breakfast is a star, so fresh food in buffet and with selections à la carte, tried some of them and all delicious. I won’t stay anywhere else in Warsaw.
