Stylish & sophisticated
We booked a deluxe room for two nights. We’ll keep this review short as the property is spectacular, the location is perfect to reach the old town by walk - even with freezing temperatures -, staff were immensely welcoming & charming, our accommodation (322, with city view) was luxurious, immaculate, tastefully furnished and perfectly comfortable, breakfast service & food quality were fine and therefore our stay was overall very enjoyable, in a stylish and sophisticated but not pompous atmosphere.

The Raffles Europejski Warsaw is a true gem in the heart of the city. An exceptional blend of historic elegance and contemporary luxury, with a prime location overlooking Piłsudski Square. Raffles Perfection.
Not even sure where to start, this hotel delivers everything you expect from the Raffles brand. From reception to leaving, we were made to feel totally pampered. Our suites were flawless, food, bars, spa, in fact, everything was just perfect.

Great stay but breakfast needs improvement
We absolutely loved our stay at the Raffles Europejski. The check in was quick and friendly. We got upgraded to a beautiful suite. The spa area is stunning. The service at the long bar was impeccable. My only complaint about this hotel is the service at breakfast. There was nobody greeting guests at the door. We had to wait 20 min for our hot drink, then when we finally got it there was no sugar, milk or lemon served with the tea. It felt very chaotic. The place was not even busy. Please improve the service at breakfsst and the hotel is going to be superb!

Raffles Warsaw is a stunning property — a flawless blend of classic elegance and modern luxury. The building itself is breathtaking, with beautifully restored architecture and refined interiors. The rooms are extremely spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and spa area are also luxurious, offering a serene retreat in the heart of the city. Their à la carte breakfast is exceptional, easily among the best we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect: right in the old city centre, just steps from the market square and the Christmas markets. A truly outstanding stay in every way.
