Ideal location, excellent renovation and great breakfast of fresh produce

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a Suite. The hotel is in a restored heritage building. It is in impeccable condition, very clean and a real gem. The staff are friendly, very professional and a positive aspect of the hotel. The only weakness of the hotel is that it does not have underground parking.

My best ever hotel stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Quite possibly the best stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. From our very warm welcome at check in we were well looked after. Arrival drinks come as standard for a hotel of this calibre but the friendly conversation and sense of occasion Jacob created for us is not usually a given. Thank you Jacob. Celebrating my birthday they had laid out a nice surprise in my room and again at breakfast. You should try the breakfast at least once on your stay and the same should be said of the lounge bar. The barman was very knowledgeable in his craft and attentive. The swimming pool area was very beautiful and serene too. Most of the time my wife and I were the only ones there. The overall sense of the hotel was that it is very calm, luxurious and beautiful.

The former seat of the Polish Futurists' Club

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I am an Englishman living in Poland and find it surprising the hotel does not mention more about it being the headquarters of the artistic Futurists' Club (Klub Futurysta). The artist Romuald Kamil Witkowski created mural decorations for it in 1919. Polish futurism was a radical avant-garde artistic and literary movement that emerged around 1919, just after Poland regained its independence. Led by figures like Bruno Jasieński, Stanisław Młodożeniec, Anatol Stern, and Aleksander Wat, it rejected traditional romantic literature to celebrate technology, urbanisation, and a dynamic new society.

10/10 world class faultless service and experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We have stayed in the best hotels around the world and this rates as no 1. the suit is fit for a king, the service is second to none and the restaurant provided several bests for us: best stake, best Dover Sole and the Chantelle mushroom dishes which were a first for me, was mouth watering in flavors. Finally, a big shout out to our waiter Damian who provided world class service to us in a private dinning room. We loved this hotel so much we extended our stay. 10/10 🇦🇺

Luxury in Warsaw

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

This hotel is luxurious, spotless, located perfectly for the old-town, has a great restaurant, and superb staff. The location is great because it's 2-3 blocks from the old-town. Staff couldn't be any nicer, friendlier, or more courteous for a 5-Star hotel. The gym is okay but not huge. The bath towels could be more plush. The lobby, corridors and room are really exquisite. Truly a beautiful establishment which must have very competent and professional management.
