We had an insects infestation in our room. Although it was fixed, we did not get offered to change room. Further, we did not receive any form of apology from the staff at the time of check out. Far from being a 5 star hotel. Will never stay at a Raffles again. I wrote twice by X with no response. Very sad and disappointing.

The staff folded my clothes and laid them out nicely while they didn’t need to. Truly exceptional service here. The heated floors and towels were next level. Great ambience, kind staff. I would love to come here again because this is the best hotel ever!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Warsaw. Incredible comfort, service and pure luxury. Beautiful rooms and awesome breakfast. Service was perfect. Pool small but beautiful and never over crowded. Food great, but slightly limited menu. Awesome bar, amazing cocktails!

Surpassed most of my expectations, but lacks in the breakfast and spa categories. The location is the best in city, right by the main restaurants street, old town and a 15 minute walk from the shopping malls and modern downtown. The hotel is super modern and stylish, every detail has been paid attention to. The room was huge, with the best hotel bed I have ever slept on, just pure luxury including the pillows, duvet and bedlinen. The only downsides were the breakfast, spa, and roomservice. The room rate that includes breakfast only includes 1 dish from the menu (+ a choice of bacon or cheese basically) and a small buffet that had some croissants and jams. In terms of hotel breakfasts, even Hiltons breakfast are better and more filling. The spa looks stunning in pictures, but in reality it lacks intimacy and calmness. There are no places to sit and relax by the pool and people need to leave their towels, phones, slippers etc on a small bench by the pool, which then makes the pool area look like a childrens pool. Also, the turndown service came right when I was about to leave the room, so I asked if they could come in 5 minutes. They said sure no problem. Well, they never came in the 4 hours I was gone. I then had to call the reception to have some extra water and new towels. The hotel has free parking right in front of the entrance on weekends so make use of that! Staff was always very friendly, especially the front desk.

Raffles lived up to its reputation with wonderful service at every point of our stay. Huge shout out to the marvelous concierge team who organized “best seat” tickets for us to a sold out ballet at the neighboring Grand Opera house. So much fun. And they booked many great meals for us. The most responsive and quick concierge group I have worked with. Bravo. We had a very large executive suite- super quiet on the courtyard view side. Cushy luxe room with fab coffee, chocolates and treats. Wonderful breakfast in a lovely sunny room with endless choices all first rate. All service was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend to stay here. Best of Warsaw.
