Perfect always!
No other way to describe other than perfect! We visit 2x a year and the property is great, staff is helpful and friendly, food is always good… rooms are exceptional, spa and facilities are excellent … a perfect 10!

Let's do better Auberge
Beautiful property and rooms but management seems to care more about locals, pets and kids than adult hotel guests. Child friendly and pet friendly resort means guests without either have to deal with noises (we sat next to a crying baby at the bar at 8:30pm) and dogs unleashed and roaming around the pool. Suggestion to management to set some boundaries or notify guests upon booking that the hotel is not as quiet as one may want for a beautiful visit to the CT countryside.

Treat yourself - it’s worth it. The service at Mayflower is a step above similar properties. While only an hour away from our home this place feels like another world. Quiet, comfortable and cozy with a touch of elegance.

A Gem -- with an Amazing Spa -- in Litchfield County
We loved our stay at the beautiful, stylish and impeccably-cared-for Mayflower Inn & Spa. The service was exceptionally good, caring and responsive, with genuinely kind people -- the valet / bellmen, housekeeping, the spa, the front desk and the restaurants. Everyone who works there clearly cares about their guests and the Inn. Food was excellent, the pool -- and especially the spa -- a place of peacefulness, calm and serenity. Excellent fitness center with Peloton bikes, a great Technogym rower, weights and other cardio. A beautiful one mile hiking trial through the woods on the property as well. Hard to imagine a nicer weekend getaway to the countryside within a few hours of NYC.

A touch a class in the northeast
Serene, relaxing, refreshing, refined. So easy to just disconnect and lat the day flow. Picnic lunch on the lawn, chef garden dinner, cocktails in the bar, massage at the spa, strolls through the garden, hikes in the woods. Well appointed buildings. Such an amazing retreat! Thank you to the team who worked so hard so we could do so little. If you haven't been, you are missing a true gem.

“The Mayflower Inn and Spa was luxuriously kept and meticulously clean. We had an all-inclusive two night stay. The food was excellent as was our spa experience. Can't say enough nice things about the employees especially Travis and Timmy and Matt, our hiking guide. Excellent all around experience. Can't wait to return!”
