We spent two nights in room 19 Friday September 5th to 7th for a wedding. Check in was smooth and our luggage was quickly in our room, which looked very nice. TV remote did not work. Took two phone calls and three visits to address: first person told us how to use the remote over the phone, first technician came thinking we had not figured out the instructions, then came back with fresh batteries, but could not make the remote work so sent an “engineer” who checked again then replaced the remote. Cold water of the bath tub was virtually non existent. Just a few drops. After one hour the bathtub was still almost empty, so we gave up. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. When nothing had been fixed 24 hours later, we asked the front desk again and they told us that “they could not do anything”. Otherwise, the staff is terrific, the grounds are beautiful, the dining rooms, bar and porch are charming. Unfortunate that we missed most of the US Open tennis match and that we could never have a bath.

Mayflower Inn is beautiful inside and out. Quaint, charming, beautiful rooms and decor, gorgeous gardens, wonderful amenities, delicious food, the most fabulous spa, which upon walking into the quiet room, we commented, "if this was a movie, this is what heaven would look like!" All of that, but still it is topped by the incredible staff and service. Anything one could want or wish for, the wonderful staff is happy to accommodate. Truly a very special place.

Excellent food and service and a really nice, spacious, newly-refurbished, comfortable room. Great public areas, including tennis court, outdoor and indoor pools and spa. Very well appointed. The one slight negative was that we were in a lower room and could hear the guests in the room above us banging about on the floor like small excitable elephants. Thankfully not late into the night, so we did still sleep ok. We mentioned this to the front desk and the next night was better. Lovely food, we had a fabulous breakfast and dinner. Five stars from us for a short stay, but an asterisk on account of the soundproofing - be aware there may be issues.

My daughter and I had a magical lovely stay at the Mayflower Inn and Spa. Facility and grounds were like a fairly tale. Beautifully decorated guest room and the inn itself. The grounds were very well maintained. We didn't have enough time to explore the entire property. Outdoor Pool area, resort area, small pond area, shakespeare garden, etc. We did enjoy the spa! Very tranquil with a sauna, indoor pool, steam room, facials, massages, and exercise classes. Staff was excellent from the front desk, valets, to the housecleaning. Small tip, stay away from being in the main inn house above the front door, too noisy.

“The Mayflower Inn and Spa was luxuriously kept and meticulously clean. We had an all-inclusive two night stay. The food was excellent as was our spa experience. Can't say enough nice things about the employees especially Travis and Timmy and Matt, our hiking guide. Excellent all around experience. Can't wait to return!”
