When in DC we won’t stay anywhere else again
Our expectations were exceeded from start to finish. We travel quite a bit but I rarely provide any feedback. I feel compelled to share with anyone seeking exceptional attention. Check-in was professional and informative and Katie the concierge went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. Thank you we will be returning.

Simply the best stay ever!
Our three-day stay at the Conrad Washington DC was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every single detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond in every way; friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We truly felt like valued guests every second of our stay. A special shoutout to Katie Rose, who was beyond phenomenal! She was sooooo lovely, warm, and professional - she made our experience unforgettable. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay feel extra special. Thank you, Katie - it was so lovely meeting you! :) Everything - from the beautiful room to the incredible service, exceeded our expectations. Also thanks to the lovely housekeeping team. We loved every second to the max and can’t wait to come back. The Conrad DC team truly sets the gold standard for hospitality.

Excellent hotel in a great location
The Conrad Washington is a great, luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious with floor to ceiling windows for great views. The location is great, since most tourist attractions are within walking distance. We enjoyed breakfast a few times in the hotel and allthough a bit pricy, the quality was very nice and the views great. We would definitely come here again!

Good corporate hotel
Husband on business, I went for a ride. Hotel corporate, but on the ‘Bond Street’ of Washington. Those from London will know. Large rooms, corporate service, what can I say, but have a cocktail in the bar and then tootle off to a Washington bar or restaurant.

Wonderful
Just experienced a wonderful stay here. As a Diamond member I was upgraded to a junior suite. Check in was flawless. Service throughout the stay was wonderful. The location can't be beat. Lots of restaurants close by. There is a nice rooftop bar as well. We will be back!
