The Conrad Washington DC was simply fantastic! We enjoyed our four night stay in pure luxury. Tom, Jackson, Marlon and Mimi helped make our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sakura club. Having an elevated breakfast and dinner provided each day simplified our trip and allowed us to focus on touring the district. I wish other Conrad properties would adopt the club model. But, I know we are eager to return next spring!

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad DC, made truly exceptional by the outstanding service. When we arrived with our kids, the hotel was out of rollaway beds, which could have been a real challenge however, Jack Heffron, a manager at the property, went above and beyond to take care of us. He quickly identified a solution by arranging a separate connected bedroom, so our family was comfortable and our stay, went smoothly. His proactive approach and genuine care made all the difference. This level of service is rare and deeply appreciated, thank you, Jack for turning what could’ve been stressful into a seamless memorable experience.

We stayed at the Conrad Washington, DC at the end of March and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the front desk thoughtfully acknowledged our 23rd anniversary, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Our room was immaculate and beautifully prepared, and we were pleasantly surprised with a special in room treat of chocolate cake and champagne as an acknowledgment of our special occasion. The Sakura Club experience was well worth the additional cost. The concierge team was attentive and welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the breakfast offerings were both fresh and delicious. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We’re already looking forward to returning this summer.

An absolutely incredible experience from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and commitment to service is evident with every staff member you encounter. Karim at the front door started off the experience, all smiles and never let me open my own door. The hotel itself is immaculate, very beautifully decorated and very well located. The staff at Estuary absolutely stole the show though, we must say. We are a family of 4 and were celebrating my daughters 8th birthday trip. From the second we met Asia and Shawnae at the host stand we were made to feel like family! Their warmth, love for the children and willingness to do anything to make their stay enjoyable was so genuine and greatly appreciated! Asia in particular went above in beyond any way she possibly could. She spent time with us, offered suggestions, and left us feeling like we have family here at the Conrad. Cory and Will made great drinks, always smiled, always remembered us and for that we are thankful. At breakfast we had the team of Kevin and Sandra and they also were amazing. Very attentive, did anything they could to make the kids smile, the service was always on point. Crystal at the front desk came up to the room and decorated for our daughters birthday, brought her a gift bag and absolutely made her feel special on her special day! In totality, we came with no expectations and left with every one of them being exceeded! This Conrad is amazing, the best one we’ve stayed at and honestly a hotel is only as good as the people that make it what it is. The staff here is remarkable, they deserve the regnition and offer their genuine touch openly and willingly any time they can.
