Conrad Washington DC

My wife and I stayed at the Conrad and she had a milestone birthday. Jeffrey, the concierge, was truly remarkable and the best concierge of any property i’ve ever stayed at. He is extraordinarily well networked across the Washington DC restaurant and sightseeing ecosystem. He cured an outstanding evening for my wife and me to celebrate her milestone birthday. His thoughtfulness was extraordinary. Danielle, the front desk manager, was also outstanding. She took great care to ensure that we had a nice view in our room given the milestone occasion. She was extraordinarily welcoming, greeted us with a phenomenal smile. Every time we saw her, and I wanted to ensure our stay was special.

The Conrad Washington, DC is unequaled in the Capital area for luxurious accommodations and services. Staff are laser focused on meeting the desires and needs of guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and odor free. The bed was superb and ensures a good night of sleep. The bathroom in my suite is larger than some of the studio apartments in my hometown of Honolulu. Dining at the Conrad's signature restaurant, Estuary, is heaven. The duck breast is divine. Ditto for the potato pave. I have been a guest at the Conrad Washington a number of times. In fact, I already have reservations there for May 2026 for my next trip to Washington. I am addicted to the Conrad staff indulging me with attention, comfort, and the friendliest kindness.

Had an excellent and memorable stay at the Sakura Club at Conrad Washington over the past week. Service from pre arrival emails to arrival and departure was excellent. All the team members in the Sakura club provided excellent and memorable service ( and arranged a bottle of prosecco ,a fruit plate and balloons in my room for my birthday/return visit to DC). A big thank you to Tom and his colleagues ( apologies for not recalling all names). Breakfast and Dinner in the lounge were great with an egg station in the morning and a live cooking station in the evening ( 5 day rotating menu). The cocktails and Whisky tasting in the afternoon were excellent. The snacks ( including great ice cream) and soft drinks and hot and cold coffee etc were available 24/7 and was great to relax to in the afternoon after visiting the nearby museums and later on in the evening after coming back from the illuminated Washington & Lincoln memorials and the WWII memorial. Estuary restaurant and bar was very good with great breakfast/ light lunches and mocktails etc. Rooms were excellent with great housekeeping and turndown service. Gym was very good with cold water and cold face cloths available. Location is excellent being a short walk from the Mall etc. Thank you once again to Tom and the entire Sakura club team

Jeffery M. saved the day!! We were in from out of town throwing a wedding shower and we had some last items that needed to be completed. When we were on our last bit of energy and at wit's end Jeffery came in with his high energy and professionalism and completed a couple of request with the upmost professionalism that completely saved the day. He went above and beyond his normal line of work to help us out in a crunch and not only made us feel like valued Conrad guest but also made us feel like part of the Conrad family. We owe a big thanks to Jeffery M.!!

The hotel and amenities are top notch, but what puts this hotel above the rest is the staff. From the hospitality team, bellmen, front desk, lobby, restaurant and housekeeping, every person we interacted with was wonderful. Special shout out to Mimi, Tom and Gabrielle and the rest of the staff in the Sakura lounge. You have no idea how much we appreciated our time here.
