Truly memorable anniversary stay
I’ve been buying balloons for my family every year but never once received one for myself — until Conrad Washington DC. What a sweet and unexpected surprise that honestly made my day. A sincere thank you to Tom and Tierney, who were truly thoughtful and went above and beyond what we expected. Each of them wrote us a separate handwritten letter. It’s the little things like that that really stay with you. The Sakura Lounge was a highlight for us. Amazing service from everyone there. We stayed for dinner, came back for breakfast the next morning, and even grabbed late-night snacks and beverages. Love that it’s available 24 hours. The cream shrimp pasta was a standout!🦐 If you’re a Hilton Diamond and have the Amex FHR, this is such a great combo. The stacked credits and perks made our stay feel extra special. Location is also perfect. Chinatown is a short walk away and so many places are easily within reach on foot. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you Conrad DC for making this Anniversary one to remember.

Great Hotel
I highly recommend The Conrad. Our group stayed on the Sakura Club Level and the service was outstanding. Mimi,Tom,Tierney, and Maria made the stay worth while. They each went far and above for the birthday stay, even decorating the room!!! We will definitely go back!!

Phenomenal Sakura lounge at Conrad Hotel
This has to be by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location was extremely convenient next to the beautiful and luxurious city center area with high-end shopping. Close walk to the national mall, White House, and Capitol. No The staff in the hotel, particularly in the Sakura lounge, were phenomenal. The amenities in the Sakura lounge were exquisite and top-notch. The best lounge I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I would stay in this hotel every time I visit DC just because of the Sakura lounge.
