Conrad Washington DC

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Conrad Washington D.C. The service is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond. The hotel is in a great location near DC attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and well designed. We have visited the Ceiba Club at the Conrad Tulum several times and were excited to finally visit the Sakura Club. The team at the Sakura Club offers professional and personalized service. Thanks to everyone for a truly unforgettable experience. We enjoyed meeting Jeffery, Jackson, Julee, Gabrielle, Tierney, Tom, Marlon, Mimi, Ale, Maria, Ruth, Lily, and Emabett. A special shout out to our amazing and talented host and friend Alejandra Vela . We met her several years ago while staying in Cancun. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I am happy to see that Hilton is putting an emphasis on developing, retaining, and promoting passionate team members that are extraordinarily skilled like Alejandra. She is a great ambassador for the Hilton brand. We hope to return soon to visit the roof top bar.

I needed a place to take a meeting at 6am. Hanan was so nice to help me find a comfortable space. She also checked on me periodically to ensure all was good and even brought by a bottle of water.

We had the best week at the Conrad. Beautiful hotel, fabulous service throughout. The room had everything we needed coffee, water, ice, mini bar, fresh towels and linens. Very spacious room. Staff were friendly but professional. Breakfast was amazing-so much choice. Rooftop bar has stunning views. Central location for walking around DC. Perfect place to chill and relax after a hard day touring the city. Couldn’t fault it x

I stay here every year when in DC for Realtors® Legislative Meetings. This hotel has the most professional, friendly staff of any property I've stayed at. I especially enjoyed the staff working the breakfast shift in the Estuary Restaurant; this includes the hostess, waiters and bus staff. House Keeping was also outstanding, taking those little extra steps that really stand out. They put all my toiletries on a placemat, coiled my phone charger cord beside the bed and put slippers beside the bed at turn-down. I rarely had to open the door myself when entering or exiting the Hotel.

Great experience at the Conrad DC. Staff were the consummate professionals throughout my stay. Restaurant and Lobby bar were great as well, good food and friendly staff.
