Conrad Washington DC

We recently stayed at the Conrad Washington DC for a very special occasion and were absolutely blown away by how well we were looked after throughout our stay. Alejandra was wonderful with pre arrival communication and arranged such thoughtful surprises for us. Julee from Concierge was outstanding and always incredibly helpful. We were checked in by Danielle and Karim who both made us feel so welcomed, and Justin was very kind at check out as well. What truly stood out was how caring and attentive the entire team was from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the people who made this stay so memorable for us. Huge kudos to everyone at the Conrad Washington DC for making our celebration feel so special. We are already looking forward to coming back.

This hotel is definitely a place you want to stay. Is definitely in the luxury category. The food and service is second to none. This is the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at the hotel and it gets better every time. They treat every guest like they’re the only guest in the hotel. From the front desk to the Food staff to the bartenders, they are all amazing. I stay in hotels approximately 90 nights a year. This is one of the best.

I stayed in the Sakura Club which was excellent and I would highly recommend it! The club is beautiful on a top floor with great views and I loved the experience and the staff. I will definitely return. Overall not just in the Sakura Club, but also the staff throughout were very helpful and welcoming. I love the location for walking around DC, easy Ubers and quick to the train station. I was in a king room and the layout was great and it was comfortable as well. There was enough space to have some friends in the room as well for a visit.

My wife and I stayed at the Conrad and she had a milestone birthday. Jeffrey, the concierge, was truly remarkable and the best concierge of any property i’ve ever stayed at. He is extraordinarily well networked across the Washington DC restaurant and sightseeing ecosystem. He cured an outstanding evening for my wife and me to celebrate her milestone birthday. His thoughtfulness was extraordinary. Danielle, the front desk manager, was also outstanding. She took great care to ensure that we had a nice view in our room given the milestone occasion. She was extraordinarily welcoming, greeted us with a phenomenal smile. Every time we saw her, and I wanted to ensure our stay was special.
