Conrad Washington DC

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Building is CLEAN and still feels brand new. Architecture makes you feel good and safe in the city. Booked a standard king: bed was phenomenal, room spotless, bathroom and SHOWER are incredible. Location is awesome but was hard not to get room service / eat at Estuary every day. There's also a Yala Greek Ice cream popup in the lobby. The whole place comes together perfectly. Can't wait to return, highly recommend.

Everything perfect. Staff - above and beyond friendly and helpful. Hotel - clean cannot find a single complaint. Plan to come back again!

I’ve stayed at this (Conrad) location countless time and it was one of my favorite hotels…until this receive visit. While I appreciated the early check-in as a Hilton Honors member, I was given a subpar room far less than what was booked and what was offered previously. My stay was for 7 nights and as someone who required plenty of natural light, I was given a room directly facing another building on a lower floor. I specifically asked to hold my luggage depending on room availability due to my early arrival, but a better room option wasn’t offered to me. When I brought this up again after receiving check in texts from Conrad staff, they eventually offered to change rooms but that was after I had already settled in for such a long stay and so it would have been too much trouble for me to pack and get situated again. I expressed that a proper room should have been offered from the outset but it felt like better rooms were held for “other” guests. Additionally, I had to contact housekeeping daily to request the room be cleaned. There were times when my family would vacate the room and enable to makeup room sign only to return without any services. This happened on multiple days during my weeklong stay. The rooftop also closed on multiple nights without notice. I and other guest would take the elevator up to 10 only to be met with a locked door. When we asked, conflicting reasons were provided. One guest was told that the rooftop closure was due to repairs. I was told that it was due to a private party. No signs or advanced notice. Poor communication. Conrad provided this link for me to leave feedback and so I’m doing just that.

Location is excellent since our room was in same floor as the club . 24/7 open a slides with different snacks, meals , drinks etc superb !! Staff friendly and well staff .Loved all the food Will come back and stay here if we are in DC again .
