Enjoyed every aspect of the hospitality experience. From the moment when I entered the hotel and was warmly greeted by the woman working at the reservation desk until I needed assistance in getting a cab to take me back to the airport, everything was ideal. My room, the service, the food and beverages, and the willingness by the staff to be of help made my stay everything I could have asked for.

Perfectly placed for West Wing fans like us and the room, robes, & service were excellent. Right next to bus and underground stops but with a great local bakery nearby, it has everything you could need. Amarri Aton and Thomas D were on the front desk and ensured our stay was wonderful.

You can really judge a hotel's rating when you run into a big problem that needs solving. The wonderful staff went out of their way to help us when we accidentally left a laptop in the room after checking out – they arranged for an Uber driver to deliver it to us at the airport, just in time to make a flight!! The on-site restaurant and bar serves delicious food and truly fabulous cocktails. Also, ask Patrice to make you a cappuccino in the morning downstairs in their cafe' Doyle and Co. – Best coffee in all of DC!

Outstanding service in a great location. The staff was efficient and friendly and the good ample and tasty.

The service was terrible at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and then no cleaning services upon asking they just gave a sheet to us. The TV was not working and rubbish bin were so small in a family room. Also when we inform staff they blame to each other and no action taken. The entrance sign is located at the wrong side.
