The blonde woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. I’ve been a guest for many years, but this will be my last visit. It seems she was in charge.

Making Friends
Our valet parking hero Johnny greeted us each afternoon and evening and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and hassle free. He took us under his wing. In the bar restaurant the gentleman who serviced all the tables was also amazing. He was attentive and funny. We enjoyed our first and last night there. Recommend the kale salad (and fries.) We felt we had established friends while staying at the DuPont Circle hotel.

The hotel was located conveniently right outside the park, and was surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, banks, and a 24 hour CVS! The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and the rooms were clean and had everything I needed for my stay! It was valued at a fair price for a three night stay in that area, and while the beeping from cars could be a little annoying, it was nothing too out of the ordinary for a city, and wasn’t the fault of the Hotel! The front desk was WONDERFUL! Ms.Estela and another young lady manning the front desk had answers for everything, and even saved me with umbrellas a few times! Overall a great stay, thank you guys!
