The Graham Georgetown

A beautiful hotel in the historic zone of Georgetown Washington, we booked a king room and they only remained with a last one on the ground floor. We were welcomed by a wonderful crew, and got many explanations about the area, where to go. The receptionist, Esra- was a smiley happy face and it felt like she really loves what she does. When we came back to the hotel, she said there was a problem with the lobby’s restrooms, they had to put a fan and it partially blocks our room. They upgraded us to a suite in the 4 th floor and gave us a complimentary drink at the rooftop. The hotel is designed amazingly, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a shower and not bath tub(I much preferred it like that), the location is just great, at the heart of Georgetown, close to everything. Rooftop has great vibes, nice music and amazing staff. We are there a light dinner and everything we ordered was great. The hotel charges a lot for parking so I suggest to find one of the areas garages, we left the car down the street for half the price. In addition, just by the hotel there is a great cafe for breakfast and lunch- the hotel charges 25$ per person- we ate there everyday, we took more than one thing from the menu and it came out much cheaper than the hotel. And another thing- the room amenities are also really good- you get a full minibar with snacks and drinks included, and the shampoo, conditioner and gel just smell wonderfully. I really liked my stay there. We are coming back for sure.

Netty made the experience great. I was tired, not feeling good but she bent over backwards to get me a room before normal check in time. The townhouse option was fantastic, neat, clean, inviting. Had a great stay and look forward to going back, thanks Netty!

What a disappointment. I’ve stayed here before and had a fine experience. This time was unfortunately different. I know this is a bit of a quirky hotel and I was prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for was the cold greeting or lack thereof every time we came in and out. It was uncomfortable and that alone will keep me from ever staying there again. Forget about the filthy iron (I requested a clean one and the one I recieved was even worse), the stains on the drapes and the bulky pillows which hurt my neck, and the lack of coffee in the hotel. Seriously why can’t you put an urn of coffee in the lobby whereby guest could help themselves? I was looking forward to a drink on the roof deck but there was a private party, just our luck!

I visited the rooftop bar and had absolutely stellar service from Karla! I will definitely request her on my next visit.

Stopped by and enjoyed the views and had incredible service by Nate!! Made sure we were taken care of and was super kind and let my friend charge his phone! Amazing views in the heart of Georgetown and even better service and vibes! The music has been great too and loved the guacamole! Thanks Nate for taking care of us!
