Perfect location
Superb location, within a couple of block from the capital one arena, theatre and monuments , metro is just down the street, theatre area has everything you need , will definitely make this location my to go for DC.

Great Hotel
Nice place. Very convenient to the Metro. No need to go outside. Would stay there again. It would have been nice to have better food options.

Terrible customer service
Nice facility, although it was under renovation and still had an overpriced facility charge. Customer service was horrible! Housekeeping messed up and the front desk refused to make it right, even though it would have involved little effort and expense.

Double charged and no hot water!
Stayed at this location for 1 night to see a WWE event. There was barely any water pressure or hot water for morning showers...we found that out at 6:15 am . We wanted to leave at 7am. Needless to say that didn't happen. Took us 40 minutes to figure out the valet app....which the guy at the desk said doesn't work right. 🙄 And we were double-charged for the room. Room was reserved and paid through Booking.com. The Hyatt said they didn't receive payment , charged us another $270 and said there was nothing they could do and we'll have to contact Booking.com. 😐 So, yeah...not to happy with this place.
