A Divine Experience
The Grand Hyatt is a total vibe. Everything it done in excellence. The pillow are fluffy, the Summer Drink (Hibiscus Tea) is delicious, and every staff member provides excellent customer service.

A Wonderful Experience while at Convention
There were 3 people in my room and it was spacious enough for us not to feel crammed. The service provided by housekeeping and customer service was great as well. The room was cleaned daily.

Great proximity to the Walter Washington Convention center. Walkable area and acces to great restaurants, drug stores alternatives to hotel food.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel, great staff, and the location was perfect. Staff made you feel welcomed and the housekeeping crew was top notch. I felt safe staying there. It was a bonus that everything was within walking distance.

From check-in to check-out just a wonderful experience. Conveniently located on the Metro route travel within the city was easy. Excellent directions and recommendations from the concierge desk!
