Once again, an EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Hay-Adams in Washington DC. From arrival to departure, the experience is exactly what you would expect from a 5-Star property. However, it is not ONLY what you would expect - it EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS! Thank you.

It is great to feel welcomed when you arrive and this hotel certainly does that. The location is central to everything and having a view of the White House certainly helps.

We did not stay at this very lovely hotel. We meet friends in the bar, Off the Record. It was busy, but they helped us find a table quickly. The bar has a very cool DC vibe & the drinks were great. We stayed for dinner which was also very good. Excellent service. Pretty expensive. A little loud.

I've stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, Hay Adams with its attention to detail is the best, from the little box of cake and a personal note of thanks from the staff, to the pillows, set just so, everything is precise and no detail left unattended. It is the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

Sublime top quality hotel overlooking the White House. A beautiful classy hotel in a fabulous location with friendly, generous and professional staff, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. All the staff, without exception were lovely and helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Particular mention should go to Clodagh, Cecile and Alexandro in reception/on the front door, Brian and Sandor as Concierge and all the staff in the Lafayette and the rest of the hotel- all fabulous. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts in the Lafayette and our gorgeous room 607 overlooked the White House. Highly recommended
