Could have been better
The room I stayed in had no full size mirror in the room I called down stairs and they said they’ll call me back but nobody returned my call. I called again and once again no resolution. It was only when I went downstairs and advised them that I was unhappy about the room and they sent up a stain alone mirror that was short. The cleansers were so nice.

Quick business trip
Great hotel in a great area of DC. The staff was amazing and did a great job accommodating me during my trip. The restaurant in the hotel was great but there were so many other amazing food options in the area as well.

Mixed review
We drove to the hotel and it was very poorly marked on how to find where the valet park your car. Checking in we were told that the room we had reserved with a balcony was given away, and we would have to take another room. They offered us a bottle of wine, and complementary valet parking, but the room we had was not what we really wanted and we would not have stayed here, knowing that the room is giving away before we went to the hotel the next morning when I picked up my car, they brought the wrong car And didn’t know where my key was. I finally had to look through all of their keys that they had find my key and go with the valet person and identify my car. The hotel itself is very nice, all the staff was very nice and helpful in the bar in the bartenders were very good as well. It’s a great location. I think they just need to work out some of their kinks.

Wonderful customer service
I am a local showing my friend around DC and Alex at the front desk was so sweet and made sure to recognize my status and give me a beautiful upgrade! This hotel is the best and I will make sure to come again!
