Great location and even better staff
I was staying in DC for a work event. The hotel had very nice amenities, rooms, and staff. Updated while still keeping the charm of the original hotel. While there, the hotel elevators broke, leading to a few hours of having to use the stairs. As my room was on the 14th floor, this led to some challenges. The staff, particularly Terrance, went out of their way to assist. Terrance made it a point to make sure that if he could assist in any way, he would. I was very impressed with the hospitality shown by him and his staff on both normal and then challenging days.

Our experience at Lady Madison restaurant within Le Meridien was incredible!! We had an incredible server named Abdul who was so kind and attentive!!

Lady Madison restaurant. The food by Chef David was excellent and our waiter Abdul was great! Very helpful and gave us good suggestions for food and drinks.
