I just wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing front desk receptionist, Olivia!! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, she went out of her way to make sure my daughter and our whole family had a great experience. She always greeted us with the friendliest smile and made us feel so taken care of. Her kindness, service skills, and energy really stood out and made such a difference. This is officially our new favorite hotel in DC — thank you, Olivia!!!

Awesome place to eat
Abdul was an excellent server and the food from David was fantastic. The NY Strip was superb. Would definitely come again and the hotel is comfy too

it is very terrible Exprience.In the beginning,the double bed room's air conditioner was broken.And the staff give us another room'card,but he didn't tell us that we have to take out all package.So when we had slept,a black woman knocked our door heavily at 1:30am.She told us we have to go down and take out all package by ourselves.It was very disrespect for their consumer.Just because we're Chinese.一开始，双人床房的空调坏了。工作人员给了我们另一张房卡，但他没有告诉我们必须把所有的包裹都拿出来。所以当我们睡觉时，一个黑人妇女在早上1:30重重地敲了我们的门。她告诉我们，我们必须自己下去把所有的包裹都拿出来。这是对他们消费者的非常不尊重。就因为我们是中国人。

Check in was very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. I had dinner at the restaurant and the server and chef worked together to make a really lovey dining experience with tasty food and excellent service. Location was about half a mile from the WW1 memorial which was nice to stumble upon.
