Bussiness Trip of Excellence
Great place of paradise! Kenny H. was a fantastic front desk clerk associate! Quick check in and the lobby was clean and bright. Kenny made sure that my room was located in a great spot and provided me with cold water. The room was clean and had a great view floor plan. I will stay again at this property.

Amazing Service and Luxury – Best Hotel in D.C.
This is hands down the best hotel in D.C. I loved it so much, I came back twice! The service is outstanding, and the staff truly makes the experience special. Samara, Olivia, Kenny, Miles, and Micah are all amazing – they’re always willing to help with anything, so positive, happy, and genuinely kind. Their energy and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service in D.C.!

I stay mainly at Marriott and have gold status. I looked at all reviews before deciding to stay here. The hotel rooms with two beds is extremely tight. A little dated in the rooms. The ac will run constantly but you won’t get any colder than 23 degrees. It’s extremely hot outside so not sure if that’s to blame. Staff and bellman are super nice but the hotel falls a little short of my expectations. My first room had a non-working safe. They only provided 3 bath towels but you could easily ask for more. Not sure how I missed it but there is a $30 daily charge for wifi and etc. As gold, you get vouchers for drinks and breakfast but didn’t really require that. Would have been nice if they waived that for their elite members. Overall decent hotel but would look for something better in the future.

Business trip to DC
The hotel was amazing. It was located where I needed to be for business and was very clean and very nice. I was greeted by a friendly face at the desk upon arrival. They were so kind to accommodate slightly early check in. The bed and linen was amazing. I’m extremely particular with hotel cleanliness and I was above impressed.
