Best service
Abdul was the best waiter I ever seen in my life. He undersrood everything I needed. He served me all of my drinks with Class and professionalism. He knew exactly what I needed and he was a tentative to needs. I would recommend his service every time.

Great service!
We ate lunch at Lady Madison and it was delicious. We got the NY strip steak and the Caesar Salad. The Ny strip steak was well seasoned and tender. The salad was also good. Our waiter Abdul was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again!

Ciera and June absolutely deserve a raise! These two went above and beyond to make me feel so special and appreciated. Their dedication to making my experience perfect did not go unnoticed. Had a slight hiccup with my AC unit and they quickly gave me a new room plus a better view! The bed and pillows were a cloud and I slept like a baby! I would 10/10 recommend and I’ll forsure be back! Love DC!

Cheap renovation made a good hotel bad
This has been my go-to DC hotel for years. Unfortunately, the renovation they did has really taken it downhill. The walls are now very thin, and adjoining doors allow all noise to come through. I could literally hear every word of my neighbors’ conversations, every cough, every potty noise. I guess they renovated on the cheap. Hope it was worth it, as I won’t be back.

Amazing experience! Beautiful hotel and great staff. New, clean, fresh! Olivia at the front desk made sure we got connecting rooms that we needed to be closer to our kids, and Abdul at Lady Madison provided entertainment while we enjoyed a great dinner.
