Reviews for The Madison Hotel

Beds, pillow, sleep = back pain

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Every hotel should ensure there guests get wonderful sleep during their stay. I just don’t understand how a hotel can advertise being 4 star and having beds that are soft like marshmallow which sink to create a pit, pillows turn into neck pillows the second you lay ur head on it, and gifting you back pain for the duration of ur stay. Please realize people fly in and would like to have some decent sleep. I honestly would have rather slept on the floor than that bed. It’s pretty shameful but that’s America’s 4 star hotel. I think a motel could have provided better than this. The only positive review would be the room did not smell funky. Final review, beds are trash, pillows are trash, no ice machine on every floor, no mini fridge in the room… stay away save ur money.

Great service from Abdul!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Abdul at the restaurant downstairs is an excellent waiter. He would definitely convince me to come back. I enjoyed my food I ordered the steak salad and my mom got the ceaser salad with both were very satisfied with our food and service.

Awesome Time

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

My stay was really great. I especially enjoyed hanging out in the lobby in the evening working on my laptop. Abdul, the waiter, took a great care of me. Fun conversations and delicious cocktails!

Cold welcome and very noisy AC.

Cold welcome welcome and not really friendly. There was no way to stop the AC nosiness. Bad night. Lights are more complicated than usual.

Wonderful hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I've stayed at this hotel a hand full of times and I'm happy every time. Check in is always fast and friendly. Everyone is always so helpful. My room is always clean. Breakfast in restaurant is included on mornings the lounge is closed. Gym is small but has newer machines and is good for a quick workout. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of things including restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Train station is just 2 blocks away. I'll be back soon!
