Morrison-Clark Historic Inn & Restaurant

We stayed at the Morrison Clark Historic Inn for four nights. A lovely boutique hotel, set in a Victorian era mansion, it is modern inside with all the modern amenities that one expects for a comfortable stay. Our room was large and roomy with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom which included a shower with excellent water pressure. As well the room also had a safe, fridge, desk and TV. The hotel also has its own bar, a restaurant as well as a small gym for those wishing to work out. Centrally located it is within easy walking distance to the conference centre as well as several metro stops to get around the city. Our interactions with the staff were always positive and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Washington. If you are looking for a quality Hotel that is centrally located in Washington you won’t regret staying at the Morrison Clark Inn.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel was calm. Room was okay clean, our towels got switched daily, room cleaned, our room trash wasn’t taken though. We needed a microwave at one point but they don’t have any so consider that if it’s important to you. We paid for the valley parking so they would keep our car and bring it to the front whenever we needed it. Abdul from the front desk was very friendly. He helped us with our room and with everything that we needed. The other staff were also kind. Altogether, our experience was good!

Me and my husband booked a room for one night to see a show downtown DC. The pricing was ideal as well as the location. The hotel aesthic was exceptional from the exterior, interior, and the lobby . The staff were very professional , and attentive to our needs. We ended up booking another night because the room was beyond what we expected . Morrison Clark HIstoric Inn will definitely be our first pick for future trips.

Let me start with the Amazing Staff that work there , Washington DC, are amazing! I can’t remember there names but I think it was Jessica and a Spanish Dominican young girl at reception were amazingly nice and helpful. They assisted us with our questions, breakfast info, uber, I mean you name it they were there full service for us! Amazing rooms amazing food and a great bar for drinks.
