Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location
Enjoyed our stay at the Normandy hotel. Convenient location to easily walk to the monuments and lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We have already recommended The Normandy Hotel to friends who are looking to come to visit DC.

The staff was super helpful and quick to get whatever we needed! Room was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. There is a bus stop super close by and it is located pretty central to the National Mall and Georgetown. Multiple restaurant and café options within walking distance as well.

I would recommend the Normandy Hotel due to the atmosphere but especially and more importantly from the wonderful customer service from Frank, Brianna, Tai, and Joy! Nothing was too large or small for them to provide and always with a smile!! Made the trip so special and awesome! Thanks everyone!! Kim

A quiet, charming experience
Such a lovely, peaceful spot. Charming rooms and lobby with a very helpful and polite staff! Breakfast was delicious and a great value. With French music playing as you walk in, you are transported to luxury and tranquility. Just what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Truly lovely find: a quiet, down to earth alternative to large, overtly corporate hotels.
I have stayed here annually for the last few years while attending a nearby conference and will continue to do so. It's a small, boutique hotel with friendly staff and a great location on the edge of a quiet, safe neighborhood full of embassies and diplomatic residences. Rooms are cozy and well appointed, and Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle are both within walking distance.
