Amazing time at the Pendry
Amazing location, and accommodations! The wharf is a beautiful area with many options for dining and activities. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating and made my stay feel special

Lots of potential! Poor execution.
Great hotel. Everything was 5 stars except the breakfast experience. The service was at Moonraker was terrible and the only blemish on the experience overall. I had to find someone to take my order after waiting a menu for 20 minutes. When I let the concierge know about it, the follow up was poor which only made it worse.

We loved our stay!!
Jirae was amazing!!!!!!!! She really took great care of us! All the employees were fabulous! The rooms were beautiful, the sushi was so good as well!

All Around Excellent Service and Stylish Ambience
Modern, stylish room with excellent river view. All around superb service at the hotel, Bar Pendry, Moonraker, In Room Dining, Spa, front desk, etc. I extended my stay an extra night twice because I didn't want to leave!

A Disappointment!
This is a Cool looking hotel with great views but too much focus on Look and too little on Function. Rooms, even suites and baths are simply poorly designed and with not enough usable space. Housekeeping is inadequate.
