Lovely hotel, great location, wonderful service.
Our entire stay, from reservations to checkout, was excellent. The location was great as there were many opportunities to enjoy the DC area that were all within walking distance. We are avid walkers, and to be able to walk to the Capitol, Mall, Washington Monument, the Lincoln and Jefferson Monuments was very enjoyable. If walking is not your thing, it is a very close Uber or Metro ride. Also, the hotel's location on the Wharf provided many restaurant options within a few hundred feet of the hotel and a great view of the Potomac and the yacht club boats.

The valet, bellman and front desk staff at the Pendry Hotel are amazing. They set the tone for the amazing experience that you and your guests will have at the hotel. Huge shoutout to Misael, Shibeshi, Brooks, Alfie, Aleck, and Chi !

I had an amazing stay at Pendry Washington DC – The Wharf. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, the service was outstanding, so attentive and thoughtful. The hotel’s waterfront location is unbeatable, with so much to do right outside the door. I also loved the rooftop pool area. Overall, it was the perfect mix of luxury, great service, and a fantastic location! I can't wait to visit again!

Always a great stay. Consistent hotel. The staff is always welcoming, always nice being addressed by your name, and the hotel is just beautiful.

Very Disappointed! So loud, no relocation option. No full or partial refund.
Absolute terrible experience. Greeted by a less than welcoming front desk attendant. Our room was so loud, we couldn’t even talk to one another. When we requested to move rooms, was told that’s not possible. Was not offered a full or partial refund. The rooftop bar was stunning, however the service was very slow. I couldn’t even get a copy of my bill at checkout. If you have thousands of dollars to spend on a 5-star hotel, whatever you do don’t come here! You’ll be sorely disappointed!
