The location could not be better, near everything your heart and taste buds can desire. The night life is exceptional the atmosphere is of fun and pampering the rooms are luxurious the mattress is a place of revilitizing the soul. The Pendry is hands down one of the best hotel properties we have experienced.

Absolutely luxurious hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel! You can’t beat the waterfront location, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The staff is what really makes the stay special — every single person I met was friendly and eager to help from the moment I arrived. Make time for Moonraker (the views are unreal!) and enjoy the heated saltwater pool with its gorgeous water backdrop. If you’re coming to DC, this place is a must.

Traveling with a four-year-old…

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The staff everywhere worked incredibly hard to please their guests and make things right despite the rain. And honestly, it is amazing to watch what a very well-mannered four-year-old does to win everyone over. Good manners go a long way, and watching people light up when interacting with a polite kid completely changed the energy and the mood.

Pendry hotel on the wharf, Washington DC

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The Washington DC wharf location of the Pendry was perfect for being in a quiter part of the city and for being surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops at all price points. Strolling to a delightful French restaurant on the wharf every morning was peaceful and the area became lively (but not crowded) as the day progressed. The wharf location is a simple one mile walk to the National Mall. The Pendry hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was spotless and very quiet. We travel light but there was no space to keep two carry-on luggage or put clothing other than on hangers. Socks, underwear, rain hats, etc. had to remain in the luggage that remained in the entrance area on two luggage racks. The well appointed room decor did not compensate for the small area where the bed is located. There was one lounge chair and a upholstered stool on either side of the round table. Perfect for the person in the chair but not great for a second person stuck on a stool to read the paper or watch a movie. The hotel lobby has only four lounge chairs so going to the lobby to read wasn't an option. The best part of our four night stay was visiting the spa! If you are in Washington DC book a massage at the Pendry with Titus. The massages by Titus were the best I have ever had to help manage muscle stiffness.
