Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf

We had a very relaxing and much-needed stay at the Pendry DC Wharf. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. Our room with a river view and floor-to-ceiling windows was beautiful both during the day and at night. Being able to watch the planes land and take off, see the boats and yachts on the river, and enjoy the lights from the airport at night made the view especially memorable. It was truly therapeutic and relaxing. The front desk staff was exceptional. A special thanks to Nick Needham, who checked us in prior to my arrival and was attentive to my special requests and accommodations, which were provided as requested. He was professional, courteous, and kind, and made us feel like valued and welcomed guests. Nick is truly an asset to the Pendry. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Pendry DC Wharf. The beautiful room, relaxing river views, delicious food, and exceptional service made our visit truly special. We look forward to returning.

The ambience of the hotel is beautiful—elegant, sophisticated, and inviting. The location is perfect for exploring DC, with so much within easy reach. What truly stood out to me was the level of service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction felt welcoming and genuine. Overall, the Pendry exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property, perfect location, amazing ambience, and outstanding service. Amazing time at the Pendry. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a 1-bd suite with my Chase Sapphire benefits, and that was a happy surprise. The amenities were great, the location was fantastic, and the service was superb! Highly recommended for a 5-star modern experience!

The Pendry DC was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay, but the way the team took care of us made all the difference. Huge shoutout to Pascal for his warm hospitality and professionalism. Manny and Anthony at Moonraker made every meal & drink a great experience, Brooks with valet was always friendly and welcoming, Jordan at Bar Pendry was fantastic, and Melodie and Emily at Spa Pendry helped turn things around and made us feel well taken care of. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and linens were clean and soft. Room service was fast, delicious, and the woman who assisted us (I wish I remembered her name!) was so kind and attentive. Luxury is all about how a place makes you feel, and Pendry absolutely delivered. Beautiful property, amazing people, and a birthday I'll never forget. We'll definitely be back!
